Awful the employees at this location are so rude and unsanitary they wear gloves after touching all the dirty stuff and the money and then refuse to change their gloves to a new pair and just keep using the contaminated ones instead. Not only that, but they can’t even follow the instructions given on an online order.

Today april 3 2024 i went there at 8:50pm to get a footlong went i walk into the door it was open and i told the lady i want to buy a footlong she reply is closed so i understand and i left waiting for the bus on pelham and i see other people going in and placing order the indian lady is very racist to hispanic people..

What’s the point of having signature sandwiches if the employees are going to ask you every step of the way what you want on it? I asked for a number 3 and she starts asking what I want… I said #3 everything standard, and still had to talk her through it. Employees are too busy chatting instead of learning how to make their products.

They put NOTHING in your Sandwhich. It’s all Bread. They sprinkle things in the Sandwhich and it’s barely anything. I asked for onions and I swear she put like 2 onions. They do this allll the time. This is the only location I know that skimps everything!

First snd foremost upon walking in I almost slipped and fell. Being a business but human being first, knowing it’s a rainy day you’re supposed to prepare yourself for the weather and prepare your workplace. There should’ve been a cardboard and/or rug put down but there wasn’t. Then as I walk to the glass of the food the lady is just there cleaning the soda machines rather than stopping to attend a paying customer(myself) she looked at me and said she was coming but continued to clean. I asked for a foot long just sandwich and it came out to 15$ alone no drink no chips or cookies just the FL smh never again subway count your days !Vegetarian options: It’s really all about you making your own sandwich you don’t have to pick what’s on menu, so if you’re vegetarian that’s up to you.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheeler hair can’t be too big or it won’t fit

I was sitting in the store while I placed my online order because of a deal. When asked to cut my sandwich in 3 which is also written in my only order and I asked the lady making my sandwich she straight up told me no , wth I’m pretty sure she put mayo on my meatball sub as well .

Horrible had to repeat myself because the lady that's making the sandwich. It's completely talking on the phone. Once I ask her if she talking on the phone, she lied to me n denied talking on the phone. Once she was done with my order she kept talking unbelievable.

Stopped in today for a 6 inch veggie sandwich. The woman that made my sandwich had Zero Customer Service skills. Wasn't rude but definitely acted like she couldn't care less about a paying customer. As I paid my bill, she just walked away, and didn't bother to respond to my thank you for making the sandwich. BUT WORSE!!...when I got to work and began eating, THERE WAS A LONG HAIR IN MY SANDWICH!!!! Had to throw it away. Gross! Won't be going back EXCEPT to ask for a refund!EDIT: 9/23/23...After stopping in to the Subway location the following day, the male worker in the store offered me a free replacement of the sandwich. I declined for that day as I had food with me, but said I'd take him up on the offer the next week. I went in today. Greeted the same worker reminding him of our conversation. Before he started I said "Good Morning, How are you?" No response. I said "I Was just saying Good Morning"His response: "Yeah, I remember you from last week"Then made sandwich. No apology, no Have a good day, no Come back again. These worker/owners have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I WON'T BE GOING BACK..as I definitely don't feel valued. I can spend my money elsewhere.

Their sandwiches are the best for lunch, especially on a hazy, hot and humid day according to Meteorologist Byron Miranda or Stacy-Ann Gooden; or sometimes Star Harvey!

WORST!!! Customer Service!!! Charged my son for a sandwich and didn't bother to tell him there was no sweet onion Teriyaki sauce available NEXT PHONE CALL is to the DoH to get make sure they get SHUT DOWN!!! THEY CHOSE NOT TO REFUND MY SON HIS MONEY and they ARE DIRTY!!

Total crooks! I had a 12.99 coupon for two of the cheaper footlongs that I just got in a the mail only a block away. They totally said OK we will accept your coupon way before I ordered. Then when I get to the register, charged me 21.99. The exact opposite! All three of these crooks straight bullshited me just make the sale! There so lucky I didn't throw it at them. Shame on these thieves. Never support terrorist!

To be honest the workers were fine, it was just the food that was very bland, looks nothing like the photo and tastes weird. It was also quite dirty in my opinion, the gloves they wear get used on everything. Touching the screen, touching the food, touching counters and doors etc.

They are so cheap on the amount of meat they give you’ll finish a hero in like 2 min there’s so little in there. Spend your money across the street at Peghe deli, spend less money and get More food.

Waited a long time to get serviced and then got shorted on the amount of tuna on my sandwich which I always ordered. When I asked about it, the person added reluctantly and then charged an additional 1.75. I will never buy from them again.

This is the only subway I've walked out of. I ordered a spicy Italian and the staff member was only putting on half of the correct amount of meat. I questioned her on it and she assured me it was correct. I asked for the manager who also insisted that the half portion of meat being presented was the correct amount.I go to subway a lot. I go way more than a healthy person should and regularly visit different locations like an alcoholic does liquor stores. I always get the same thing and know how many slices of meat go on a spicy Italian. I went to a different subway the next day just to confirm and, sure enough, got a correct "full meat" spicy Italian.I'm not sure if they are intentionally skimping on ingredients to save money or if management just genuinely doesn't know how to make the sandwich, but beware. You are probably not going to get your moneys worth.
