You really have to be cautious with this store. They won't explain what you're getting and just seem focused on getting their commission. Then, you're in for a surprise when you see your bill with unexpected charges. What I dislike the most is that when they're supposed to be taking care of you as a customer, they end up talking to each other like they're at work. Take care of the customer first, and then have your conversations. It's frustrating to have to wait while they chat among themselves.

I have to say Kenneth, Nevin, Felix, and everyone were giving me top notch excellent service! Felix is amazing and helped me onboard three line for a family plan! Nevin and Kenneth were absolutely professional amazing they were able to help 3 ppl including me transfer phone or replace our original phone numbers! They have been so patient and super sonicked the whole speed of helping us be in the plan. I genuinely think we all need to be patient and give them a chance as they were with us. If you are a family coming to get a family plan they will help you but those three mobile experts were my faves! God bless them they were so patient with us even though it was so confusing and annoying. Get Tmobile since it's amazing I got tired of Lyca and simple mobile. I hope this review helps for anybody trying to switch.

Horrible customer service, associates are always talking to each other instead of helping customers. One associate in particular tells me she has every phone in stock when I ask her for the phone I’m looking sorry saids she does have it I ask for another phone I’m sorry we don’t carry that one , didn’t check my account or anything instead wasted my time , This location gives T-Mobile a bad name from their lack of knowledge to the way they finish their sales.

I usually dont write reviews but this i had to. I was lied about the promotion they were supposedly going to give me buy one iphone14 and get one free. Total lie! I had to return the phones so many charges for a phone so I returned then had to pay a restocking fee when i was told you have upto two weeks to return. I went back 5 days later and they charged almost 200 just to return the items that they said you can return. So fine i got my refund charged for restocking fee out of the refund. So fine i took the loss. Only to get a notice a threatening to ruin my credit for a bill of 300 dollars. Its insane! I dont even know why they are contacting me a month later to get me to pay more money. I literally went to my old carrier and my phone was put back with them. So i didnt even use the phone only for five days why am i getting a bill? Im infuriated that i have to deal with them again its been a nightmare! The customer service was awful once you teturn the phone. I hope they resolve the issue and never have to hear from them again!!!!!

They deceptively add things. Ie, purchase a phone and add a charger. Then pretend its part of package. Fraudulant pratice. Be sure to ask to see what the bill is prior to paying and dont take "i cant see that on my screen" as an excuse.

Called and spoke to an in store representative to see if they held the iPhone 13 in pink and was confirmed that they did. Asked if there was more than one so I can upgrade two lines and was told that they are unable to disclose inventory on the call.When I arrived in person minutes later, was told they don’t have the 13 in pink and that they can order it.Never in the past did I have trouble investigating inventory with other TMobile locations but I assumed there was a change in policy.In the end, I felt lied to and both my time and energy was wasted.
