This T-Mobile location is extremely insulting. They did everything in their power to make sure that my family and I (which is 5 lines ) to not honor a package that a customer representative quoted for over the phone. Even to go as far as saying the representative on the phone was lying and confused.They kept us there for hours trying to convince us to pay full price of the phones.The customer service rep even went as far to notated what he quoted us on record. When they pulled it up....All of a sudden the system was down, and they couldn't fulfill the quote.This location needs a new management team that doesn't try to deceive T-Mobile customers

This T mobile stores is managed by Mr. DaVaughn. He is such a great asset to T mobile. Very professional, hands on all over at all times in the store. He is patient, polite, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. It was a pleasure to have him help me. I hope he will be recognized and rewarded for his excellent service. This young man is capable of great things.

Lauryn and Melissa were very helpful and accommodating. I needed a new iphone and they assisted me in a quick and professional manner. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Give them a raise!

I was there to buy iPhone 15. They won’t let me buy it unless I buy screen protector with it. They said T-Mobile now bundles chargers and screen protectors with iphone. I got home, called T-Mobile and bought iPhone 15 without any screen screen protector.

This store lack good customer, I went in today to pay my bill , upon entering the store the associates were talking and told me to wait , instead of assisting me , the girl who helped me had no idea what she was doing she threw my money at me and told me come get it , and when I asked for a manager everyone acted clueless , the manager didn’t care either

Having to wait an hour just to pick up a phone you ordered online is the dumbest thing ever. It’s like having people wait is an accomplishment for these people. The whole point of ordering online is to skip the wait. Never visit this store if you can avoid it. I won’t ever again. And yes the people are rude too
