Upon arrival I was greeted by Representative Ana, very polite and friendly demeanor. I had a ton of questions, which she answered with no hesitation and made me extremely comfortable. While checking account she noticed a huge discrepancy, informed me and called customer service to make the necessary adjustments. So not only did she assist me with upgrade and gave me the best deal but she also managed to make corrections to my account that had been overlooked. Thank you so much Ana. Please give her a raise! She deserves it.

I noticed my bill increased by $20. When I looked into my bill I saw I had a protection plan that I didn’t agree to for $22.97. When I called customer service , she said it was done in store and asked if I been to the store. I told her the only time I went to the store was T-Mobile Tuesday for the Halloween basket. She said that’s when the plan was added. When I went to redeem my basket the young African American guy asked for my name and PIN number to my account that’s when he accessed my account and added the protection plan. Imagine how many people there are doing this to at this store just stealing from customers cause you’re adding features to customers plan that they’re not authorizing. T-Mobile on 161 street in the Bronx.

Tmobile representative at 161 grand concourse did fraud on my account ? and open 3 lines ...they is charging me for 3 lines and I only have 1 phone ..same number for past 10years.. since June I have being contacting them complaining about fraud and they told ? it was fixed and apologized however they contunue to take funds for 3lines that ? I did not approve ?.

left the store today with my hands full i got my sister a new phone and i'm trying the internet, Felix's customer service was really a 10/10 he went above and beyond answering all my question and gave me more some stuff to take home with everything else wish more representatives were as nice

The customer service representatives were little late. That an hour late to open up the store? But then when we get inside, the young lady was wonderful. In assisting all 3 customized. That was standing outside for at least an hour. Waiting on dem to service them. She gave them a wonderful and great reading. Once the customers went inside, then she went ahead and repaired everyone's issues. She was awesome ..

On T-Mobile Tuesday they never have nothing if you go around 12 or 1:00 .and every time I go there for a free screen protector .they said there don’t have it .Because I send somebody and asked to buy screen protectorThey have it but that same day I asked somebody to go in there IF i go to this store I half to buy something other then that I don’t go there at all because all there want u to do is buy something that’s why majority of the time I go to the stores I’ve been dealing with for years, but it’s not worth going to this store
