Service is horrible at this target location. I have had multiple issues with certain sales and mis pricing on certain items i have purchased which is unacceptable i had to wait on customer service line for over 30mins because "theres only us 2 here" with 10+ people on line waiting management needs to be investigated definitely!!!!

This is a weekly recurrence, waiting on line for 10 items or less. There's a section of machines that are not operational and the Corp office won't put them in used. It seems there's no Manager on site.Words to the wise. Arrived Early than late.

My Dad is in town we needed to get some personal items. The most embarrassing thing was walking in and seeing underwear locked in a case. This is not only unacceptable but highly disrespectful to our community where we patronize a billion dollar corporation to have to press a button to get boxer briefs. Sad times.

This target has gotten better. It was renovated and seems to be doing well. Sad that they no longer have pizza here lol. Not that I ever ordered food from that place but it was nice to have the option. Lol. I recently went to find a cup holder for my stroller and they literally were lacking didn't have any but the store otherwise was pretty stocked.

This store is allowing employees to scam customers and leadership covers it up but doesn't help and sends you to online/phone customer service to not hit their stores pnl or numbers. Not all customers are clueless on how the processes work and not all will let you allow employees to steal from them.

I think this may have to be my new go-to target since the one closer to me is sad :( this one is alright though. Lacking some inventory but its big and has a full food section. Prices are typical city prices so im not surprised by it. I suppose i'll be back.

This target was renovated. It was nice before but it's definitely much nicer now. I found the place to be clean. They had a lot of what I wanted although it was a Sunday when most people do their shopping and there were a lot of empty spaces on the shelves. This is my local target so I will definitely return.

Long lines. Loud children and half the stuff out of stock. Might as well go to Jersey.

Large Target store in Bronx. On top level of mall. You drive your car to level 6 of parking garage . Friendly staff. Excellent option for food shopping as prices lower then must local supermarkets. You pay for parking. Was $2 for 2 hours. Reasonable price.

They're always out of carts. No matter what day or time you get there you'll be struggling to find one and most likely you'll end up having to stop someone leaving Target to ask them if they still need their cart or just end up waiting by the entrance for 30 until someone leaves an empty cart but you'll have to hustle for it before some else waiting takes it. Meanwhile, there are plenty of carts stacked in the parking lot that employees don't bother bringing in and if you do manage to bring in a cart from outside, the wheels are locked and you most likely won't be able to find someone who has the cart unlocking key. Don't bother coming here, if you do bring your own cart if you're doing heavy shopping!!! I'd just go to the Target on Kingsbridge Rd by the 1 train line. It may be out of your way but it is definitely worth it, they always have carts, always clean and well organized. It's never a headache like the 700 Exterior street one is

In store shopping here is always hit or miss. Order pick up is pretty quick in my experience. Lost my ID here once and an employee mailed me a note to say they found it and that if I did not show up to pick it up in person, they'd mail it to me within 30 days. I called the store to inquire before showing up & no one knew who the employee was & they did not have my ID in their possession. The note arrived with Target's address & just a first name -Angel. No one seemed to know who Angel was. Employee on the phone said to wait for it in the mail. Obviously, I just got a replacement online. I never got my lost ID in the mail if you're wondering.

Definitely not the most intuitively laid out Target I've been to. By that I mean, the most maze-like, hidden-room-esque version of this chain I've come upon. Like items are not always with like. Sections are very oddly paired together. That said, they had a method cleaning product that I haven't seen since the beginning of quarantine, their all-purpose cleaner, so, I'm not too mad. Most things seemed better stocked as compared to other stores I've been to lately, namely another big box store over in NJ. However, both my friend and I agreed that the layout was off-putting enough that we'd have to really need something to come back to this location.

The lines are always out of control at this location but they tend to have most of the things that you are looking for. Trying to find someone who can help you get the things you need however, is the real test. They tend to send you to the wrong area and have you walking around the store. This location is in a mall complex which is amazing --

This particular Target is hit or miss. Depending on what day you go, you could have an entirely different experience. If you happen to go there during the day while most people are at work, it is the most pleasant experience ever. But if you go during the weekend, it is a place of absolute mayhem. The lines are horrendous and cashiers are slow. It is not unusual to find customers yelling at each other because of lack of patience. Overall, it's decent. Just plan what day and time that you go. Otherwise, you could be in for a big surprise.
