I stopped here to get some quick groceries after going to urgent care. They have just about all groceries you may need although they may be out of some things. It’s convenient. There’s usually long lines for cashiers as well as self checkout. That’s the only downside.

This Target has the worst Drive Up Pick Up service. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes in the parking lot for an order that I had already noted in the app 20 minutes prior that I was on the way for. Making the total wait time almost an hour! Had to walk into the store to retrieve the item and the customer service was very nonchalant about it. I will stick to the Cross County location. Very disappointing.

Orders through the app for pick up. First the item wasn’t even correct l- ordered a 24 inch teddy bear, somehow they grabbed the 9 inch bear for my order. HOW?? Then, I’m told their inventory says 3 of what I actually ordered are in the store, but it may not actually be in stock and what’s on the app doesn’t always line up with what’s on the store, doesn’t always update immediately. Online has stated this was in stock at this location for over a month so has your inventory not updated to be reflected correctly in the app for A MONTH?? And how is it that the associate who picked the order grabbed the complete wrong size? There’s a drastic difference between 2 feet and 9 inches, and the thr upc numbers aren’t the same so how the order was completed as filled on their end is wild. They should have notified me before I went all the way to the store that they didn’t have it at all. Waste of time.

This target used to be great. I was told they’ve had to make a lot of changes due to increased theft. They were losing a lot of money. Customer care definitely needs to be better. I see a lot of employees hanging around while tons of people are waiting online with two registers open. They also limited self checkout because they don’t have proper security measures to minimize the theft. We as a ppl have to do better, the daily theft is making it harder for everyone. Hopefully target gets it together soon. I still go there almost everyday because its conveniently located but please improve customer service

I shopped early morning at the Throggs Neck one in Bronx, New York and had to wait on a cashier line because all the self check out machines were logged off. Luckily, it was a few minute wait but customers of other rows were cutting in front of me. I would have preferred using the self checkout to avoid such drama.

I went to this target looking for a scientific calculator that I needed badly for school, because they can't always provide us with one for math class. I saw one for $13.89 in the electronics department, which was false advertising because I ended up spending $20 for it. Also, also there should be more than one person behind the registers because the nice guy had to do something real quick so we had to wait like a kettle long for him to return. He did ask for help from one of the young lady's that'd an employee for help to clear the line of us who waited, but they ignored him as other customers and I noticed. They just kept on talking about whatever they were talking about on their phone.

Target is scamming people ?
This is the worst experience ever in my life the last day I would ever order anything from this place. This people don’t care how to value the costumers they have. This is the second time they do that to me. This is really upsetting me because I feel used. How I purchased a order they change my time so many time the order arrive 2-3 days after I place it and now they took my money cancel the order and I have to wait for them to refund me my money back and I don’t have the item and the money to even go get it else where. They don’t value people time and taking our money like I don’t need yall to hold my money for 3-5 days when I don’t even got my order deliver and the problem was on your end not mines

I ordered some items for pickup today. I went to the store for pickup and waited for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, a guy came and said some of my items were not ready. However, they had sent me messages saying my order was ready for pickup. When I asked the store team leader, Denis, about my issue, he did not give me an appropriate answer and said I should cancel my order. This has happened to me several times at this store. They do not respect customers' value of time. They are very disrespectful.

My first time there and both elevators were out of service and there is was cart escalator. I spent <$200 with no way to get my items upstairs to where I parked. The two stars is for the employee who did a five-star job of helping me bag some items in a Chicobag and carry the rest. I’ll find a different Target next time.
