The worse bank in my live after been with them almost 10 years they decide to close me both account business & personal with no reason.
From here I’m telling everyone please stay away from td bank. They catch them with money Laundry . And now they close people account .

Let’s just say this TD Branch at Pelham Parkway knows customer service very well, and customers best interest. I went in to process a transfer, and the banker Fiza, took me readily within minutes of my arrival. As she processed my wire, she also noticed accounts that were not fitting for me as they were unused, she then proceeded with my approval to close the accounts so that I did not have to continue to pay account fees, and also returned a $30 maintenance fee back to me. She’s is great for spotting the lack of usage and seeking my banking interest. Thank you Fiza.

Went there for a 12.00 noon appointment. Never was called by Jennifer who I was assigned. When I confront her she said she called me. She never did. She came and called someone else. Notice a lot of favoritism going on here. I will my accounts from this bank. Confront another one just looked at me and called her favorite Had to leave because of these issues.

Worst location ever.
1.) visited branch and shortly after went abroad, they said they would call and help me clear up something on my card and never did. Couldn’t even call customer service considering I was halfway around the world.
2.) can never reach them on the phone?? What’s the point of having a job if you’re not even going to communication with your customers?

It's probably one of the worst banks ever. They never give certain paperwork you need, and you could easily lose money.

Waited one hour to see a notary and the woman at front overheard my friends my wife speaking Spanish and took upon herself to make us wait we eventually left . This bank and someone else to give us a notary signature. This action borders on discrimination. Shameless front customer service person spoke Spanish herself!!!!

Very disappointed in the lack of diversity in this branch. Entire staff is made up of those from one group and that does not represent the community in this neighborhood. The manager clearly wanted to hire their own kind
