The customer service is terrible. I’m seriously considering switching to a different bank.The bank tellerr are good but the financial section is one of the worse and very very slow. I have waited more than two hour to open an account! If anybody want to open an account please ignore this Branch!

Disappointed with Poor Customer Service at TD Bank – 1864 Williamsbridge Rd, Bronx, NY 10461
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this TD Bank branch today. I had a scheduled appointment, yet I was forced to wait for over an hour past my appointment time. Not only was this an inconvenience, but the staff was also rude and dismissive when I inquired about the delay.
I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect from a financial institution, and today’s visit fell far below that standard. Customers’ time should be valued, and better communication is necessary to provide even a basic level of service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this branch to others.

This branch is an absolute disgrace! I went in to open a business account and was told to speak to Tage, the branch supervisor. She was completely unprofessional and seemed to lack any common sense. Despite her claims of opening hundreds of business accounts, she couldn't even understand basic business documents or locate the name of the business owner. She made the account opening process so unnecessarily difficult. We ended up going to Chase and had our account opened within 20 minutes with just 2 forms of ID and the same documents she couldn't even comprehend. This bank should be ashamed of themselves!

The service is really bad, and they need more staff. If you come to make a deposit or handle any sample work, be prepared to spend the whole day.

WORST BRANCH !! In any location I visit out of state, you can Conveniently retrieve a replacement card from either the drive though window, the front desk OR a Teller. Oh but at this location, you can bet you’re sitting for almost an HR waiting for a replacement card!!! ITS 2024 , why just why ?

Worst branch. Every time I come here the machines are down something is under construction or the machines are working but they say “your transaction cannot be completed”. I don’t understand why this branch is constantly not functioning and why there always has to be some machine being worked on. I’ve haven’t seen another branch isn’t this city be this useless.

I went there for a quick and easy withdrawal and the lady who calls gerself supervisor after letting me wait 30 min comes and tells me I cant gt the money I have to bring the guy who gave me the check with me, the check been cleared from the givers account three days prior and alshe said I cant tell you why, I waiting another hour for her and still she said cant help me she took another costumers, shes the reason I will never do business with td bank again, ridiculous and unprofessional her answers! Complain filed

Worst experience ever and service, l booked my appointment 2.30 pm,I arrived on time.but I waiting more than 1 hour.its disappointing,they said they are busy with the other person.so my question is what is the necessary for the appointment if you have to wait more than 1 hour.they calling kiosk appointment but not me,why…if there employee are busy with others they can forward me to other.its just wasting of time.dnt come on this branch.if possible dnt open an account on td bank

Just left the td bank on Williamsburg ave in the Bronx. I come from Yonkers. Elona is the only reason I go to that branch!!! She is very nice, helpful, and professional. I recommend everyone that visits this branch to deal with her!!!

It has 3 ATMs and only 2 serve!! And the 2 that serve do not receive cash!! How can one make a deposit? Lately TD bank is looking very bad!!
