I like this TD better than the one on the concourse. But Ivette ‘mistakenly’ sent my 3.5k to a complete stranger. I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get my money back, and that’s all they did to remedy the situation besides ‘bringing the issue up to her’

The entry door wasn't accepting the cards of the 3 other people who were coming to use the ATM so I'm confused how a homeless person is sleeping in the vestibule with his Dunkin donuts stash this is unacceptable as the potential for the unfortunate is made possible by the lack of safety and security ?

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the bank manager, Oscar, and it was incredibly disappointing. His attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He displayed a complete lack of customer service skills, making me feel unwelcome and disrespected throughout the entire interaction. I expected better from a bank manager, but Oscar's behavior left me deeply unsatisfied with the service at this branch.

I walked into this branch today at 12:30 PM attempting to open a bank account. I was unable to due my ID being expired, which was to my own fault. But one thing I will say is the customer service of the woman I encountered today was distasteful. I don’t recall her name but she was an African American woman with glasses, her hair was in a bun with a bunch of skin tags on her face, was abhorrent. Snatching my ID out my hand, flinging it back at me, talking to me in a disgusting manner. I am writing this from my partner’s google account as I don’t have one, just to leave this review. Absolutely disgusting and she needs to be fired.

Ladies up front are very friendly. Always great service. Manager even had a colleague come out the way to me for some paperwork I needed. Never seen or heard I back do that. That definitely showed me, they care about their clients.
