Liberal woke stupid attitudes. Their credit card payment system malfunctions with my bank account 50% of the time and the last thing I need is an attitude on top of it while they destroy my life. Have to spend more money that what the credit card debt was worth on attorney now. Their website they constantly “update” has more bugs every time. It’s like me, it looks nice but highly dysfunctional. What goes on in that back office?

Dirty place with loads of bird feathers on carpet. Surely they have a housekeeper? Too small so people on top of each other when waiting for a teller which sometimes there is only one of. No actual line system with barriers. Ghetto bank with no staff going above and beyond. Security guards always on phone or not paying attention. ATMS right by window and the shade on ATM is pointless at blocking out glare. Very hard to see. And machines never look wiped down.

I am using my husbands iPad, but I am the one rating this branch (Ilene Acevedo, customer). This branch is GReat! The people are friendly, fantastic customer service, never a long wait, even when they are busy. I would recommend this Crosby Ave branch to anyone. Thanks for making my banking an enjoyable experience.

My friends account was hacked. She is a senior and lives on 483.00 a month. They are not following reg e f t rules. They are making her wait 10 days before re crediting her acct. She should have been given a provisional credit while they investigate
