I truly wish I could give ZERO stars!!!!! When I say the worst location TD has for a busy neighborhood I mean the worst! It’s one thing to have short hours on the wknd but to have inefficient or really slow employees providing services while a line continues to go is shameful on the branch. Even horrible of management to allow this. I blame the office/branch manager. When dealing with funds from ppl they should be far more equipped with employees that can provide adequate care. Even worse they have only 3 ATMs onsite and NONE OF THEM WORK!!! None of them! I came in when the back opened at 11am and they’re same teller sat with the one person for an entire hour to do same service I needed and I went to a Manhattan branch and service was done in 10 minutes. Unreal. TD needs to take a good look at the people they hire when dealing with ppl resources. This is exactly why they’re constantly being sued.

The wait is ridiculous and I understand a bank can take time however when you see bankers sitting at a desk doing nothing it makes you frustrated! Customer service is poor

Worst bank ever very slow service I'm closing my accounts here , 2 customer ahead of me, still take them 2 hours to see me, only one of the 4 representative where taking customers the rest where just in the computer, many customers were mad

Worst Branch Ever
This is by far the worst branch I have ever been to. I went to the bank on a Monday at 8:30 AM, and I had to wait for three hours! While the teller service was good, the rest of the staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing. They just sat in their chairs, and in the entire three hours I waited, they served only two customers. It’s unbelievable how inefficient this branch is. Absolutely unacceptable!

This TD at packester is the worse TD bank I seen. It's always jam packed with very long wait lines , you could literally spend your whole day here. looking at peoples faces you could see how fustrated they all are.
The employee on the floor who addresses the clients wait time complains is so non challant and arrogant adding up to the bad experience here. TD bank is so slow with services

Waiting long time to just have a replacement card!!! Which TD ask for go to the branch to get the card!!
Make no sense to open 7 days the service should be deserves!!

Long line for a teller so went to the ATM and homeless person harassing everyone for money at the ATM after they were done using it, while guard stood there staring at the line and doesn’t nothing about it.
