Today 02/20/25 around 11 am I was at the bank 148 Fortham rd I asked for 2 account statements from the last 3 months of both accounts, one of each, the girl with a not very friendly attitude who serves me on the podium apart from not giving me specifically what I asked for, gave it to me incomplete and I told her that I wanted a letter for immigration that takes a week with a form and an attitude with no empathy or desire to help...

This place is horrendous. The atms are always broken and can't even make deposits unless you get on the half hour wait. Very disappointing. Hope TD makes another bank near by.

The staff here seem misinformed about business banking. They provide inaccurate information and sometimes seem more focused on rushing through interactions than providing accurate assistance. While I understand they're busy, their lack of helpfulness is disappointing. There's a noticeable gap in customer service skills and knowledge of business banking at this location.

If there was a point for 0 stars I would but the long story short atms were being refilled we understand that long wait 1 hour manager said so there is/was a long line. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience but the manager just said ya have to get out step out real rudely in this 95 degree weather.

3 stars because what I have a problem with is with the drug addicts/bums standing at the entrance opening the door asking for money and that pisses me off because my grandmother usually goes there to withdraw or deposit money there and she feels very uncomfortable going by herself because one of the guys that opens the door said something smart to her when she told him that she didn't have money to give out. After she told me this, I now have to take time out of my day to go to her building to pick her up and accompany her there to make sure none of these people tell her something or even worse, follow her seeing as she's an old lady. She showed me which was the guy that came out stupid to her and I told him something about it but still, that doesn't mean he isn't capable of doing something one day since these type of people have nothing to lose. I don't mind going with her but this can be avoided if the security guard would actually do his job and tell them not to stand there opening the door. I will end up reporting this to corporate if they don't do something about this ASAP!
