Every time I am at this TD, the staff is always rude, it’s always a 30+ min wait, there’s staff all over, having side conversations, i finally got called over and not one acknowledgment, I was told to write my name and social security on a paper and that was it, THEN she went a started a side conversations with another customer, and to top it off all I wanted a new card lol , I don’t normally do the reviews but this is EVERY Single time, I always closed my account lol

This location doesn’t fail to disappoint. How are the ATM machines constantly down? 3 ATM machines and 1 is usually not working, today all 3 down. Funny how their system never goes down when taking fees.

Not even enough staff to open the drive thru. Barely 1 teller working. Why is this location still open?

Worst TD bank I have ever used. Drive thru always closed, 1 teller working inside, unfriendly & never provide a good customer experience. I will never use this branch again. I rather pay the toll & use whitestone branch.

I was the only one there and had to wait for a bit , everyone there was doing absolutely nothing that’s funny to me . Also they need to improve there attitude especially Gina the old
Women with the tight bun. her attitude is nasty if you don’t like your job don’t work there .

This location has to be the worst TD Bank branch I've ever been too
And I've been to a bunch of them in all five boroughs. There seems to be only one teller working all the time no matter how many people are in line nobody else comes out to accommodate customers. It's ridiculous they might as well shut this Branch down. It's terrible and usually the one teller is a miserable person. When I went into this Branch there was nine people online and there was only one teller. I don't live in the Bronx but if I did I would definitely go to another bank to service my account.

This is the worst bank I've ever been too. I arrived here at 11:45am waited 45 minutes at the welcome desk to speak to someone about my car loan and how I want to do a trade in but wanted to keep this bank no one came, or ask how they could help us. We were standing there 45 minutes employees up and down and no one could take 10 seconds to ask how they could help. I definitely not using this bank for my car loan or anything else ever. I rather use BOA where even if the rates are a bit higher the do take care of their customers. My recommendation stay away from this bank.

Place has been getting much better than the last year. Lines have been going down and I’ve been in and out more during work with myself and employees cashing checks.

I'm at this location as I type. I came in to open a new account. I've been here for over an hour and have not been seen. This is absolutely ridiculous! The employees move with NO sense of urgency! This waiting time is honestly so very painful, I can hardly deal with it. I hope I never have to come back to this location EVER again. Messed up my entire Sat morning routine. Thanks TD bank...TD=TERRIBLE Delivery (of customer service) or Terribly DELAYED bank.

This bank has the worst service. It takes 28 minutes to assist one person. They ask for ID to cash a and still take so long to finish with a client.
