I'm at this location as I type. I came in to open a new account. I've been here for over an hour and have not been seen. This is absolutely ridiculous! The employees move with NO sense of urgency! This waiting time is honestly so very painful, I can hardly deal with it. I hope I never have to come back to this location EVER again. Messed up my entire Sat morning routine. Thanks TD bank...TD=TERRIBLE Delivery (of customer service) or Terribly DELAYED bank.

This is the worst bank I've ever been too. I arrived here at 11:45am waited 45 minutes at the welcome desk to speak to someone about my car loan and how I want to do a trade in but wanted to keep this bank no one came, or ask how they could help us. We were standing there 45 minutes employees up and down and no one could take 10 seconds to ask how they could help. I definitely not using this bank for my car loan or anything else ever. I rather use BOA where even if the rates are a bit higher the do take care of their customers. My recommendation stay away from this bank.

This bank has the worst service. It takes 28 minutes to assist one person. They ask for ID to cash a and still take so long to finish with a client.

Service for teller was mediocre speed but in order to see someone took forever. I called to ask if a notary was in their location (since the location nearer to me didn't have one in). When i spoke to the woman on the phone she told me yes to just come it. Now i came into the bank and there was one man waiting in front of me and the desk bankers were talking. I had 5 people come in behind me and when the bankers were done talking i just mentioned i called for the notary. They then told me i needed to SIGN IN IN AN IPAD that's pushed to the side And NOT visible outside. How was i supposed to know that. I went from being 2nd to being 6th!! Just for a signature! Why wouldn't she tell me on the phone or why wouldn't the teller tell me or why isn't there a sign on the door or the iPad in view for people to see when they first walk in! I don't go into the bank often as i do everything via atm or online. What a shit show! Over 30 mins for something that should have been in and out. However when i went up to the teller to tell her my situation again she quickly go the ASM to come and assist me. Need better time management in this store !

Slowest place in the planet!! They have less customers but they serve them most slowest way possible. And please never think Notary because it is always out of service!!! Awful

This place is horrible. I arrived with $100 in quarters a few minutes before closing. I was turned away because they didn’t have enough time to take it. I was escorted out by the manager with his apologies over it. I go over to the Pelham bay branch where it took them a whole 2 mins to do. This is the 3rd time I have a different encounter with this bank. I think someone needs to do better at hiring.

The atm usually never works but lately I haven’t been in the neighborhood so I cameTonight and they got a new machine. I was very excited to see this as usually the machines never work and as usual the new machine did not work so I decided to go inside and there’s no door handle for me to even go inside mach. This location is the definition of the Bronx

Horrible management in this location waiting on line. Half hour 1 teller and 4 other employees sitting at desk not helping. Crazy unorganized.

One of the worst branches I have ever walked into my entire life. The lady says how my deposit is short $80 when it was not at all. Very rude to customers and no respect whatsoever. My first and last time to ever walk in to this branch had to wait 1 hour and 30min just to make my deposit which is very pathetic.

This bank is always short in staff. Every time I been there, I waited for over 10-15mins. Today, I had to wait over 40 minutes with only one teller on duty. The customer service representatives were doing nothing but chatting with each other. I don't understand why they couldn't help the teller, or why didn't the teller call for help? It literally took 30 minutes with one customer.
