What's the purpose of having a customer service number when they will not pick up their lines regardless of the number of times or days, you reach out to this branch? Understandably not to pick up occasionally, but when it is at all time, it is best not to post the customer service number as this is an inconvenienced for callers. Callers are equally busy as this branch to have to deal with this.

They move soooo slow here. I come here because it's convenient location in proximity vs Fordham. The tellers take their sweeeet time and there is ALWAYS a long line. You will easily be here for an hour or more. Please get faster, more efficient employees!

This place has to be one of the worst branches I have ever been to they literally play favoritism in this bank with people that they know that live around the neighborhood I sat there and I waited for 2 hours to be attended and not once was my name called I have been a TD Bank customer for more than 10 years and after today I promise you I am not the only one that will consider closing their account after this terrible experience at this location

Works bank in the area, the ATM almost never works for deposits, and the personal is always low, two or three cashiers ALWAYS!!!

If you need a replacement debit card, they will either make you wait there for 4 hours or tell you the "queue is closed." It's too busy and too slow to provide adequate service.

The service of this bank is the worst I have experienced in the United States in my 30 years. I went to the bank at 9:30 am on March 21 to permanently close the safe deposit box and withdraw all the remaining money in the account, and then permanently close my bank card and personal account. The lobby manager named Gray received me. I told him my requirements very clearly, and I said it three times. But when I walked out of this bank after spending an hour and a half, they actually just closed the safe deposit box, but did not permanently close my bank card and personal account. That Gray has been lying, and the fat female teller also lied to me that they would help me close the account tomorrow. In fact, they did nothing to help me, resulting in my account being deducted 15 dollars. I advise those new people who want to open a bank account not to come here.

Good luck withdrawing more than 1000 from this branch or getting a new card made they suggest too go to a different branch because they can not get money they should close the branch off they can get money

Good luck trying to simply deposit cash. I am currently at this location. I have been to all three ATMs, two walk-in and one drive-in. I've also been to the pull up window where the guy just stared at me and then walked away. That's so helpful. Apparently no one has bothered to empty the ATM machines so you can't use any of them to just simply deposit cash, arguably one of the easiest transactions to do that should require absolutely zero human interaction, but no. Inside there's already a line of four people because that's how slow and understaffed this location is. America's convenient most convenient bank, my effing ass.
