Service subpar at best. There is a high demand for services in the community but not enough tellers. Wait time to change 1 thing on account is 2 hours and 30 minutes unacceptable.

THE WORST LOCATION. ALL I NEEDED WAS A DEBIT CARD AND I WAITED OVER 2 1/2 HOURS. THE LINES ARE ALWAYS LONG AND SO IS THE WAIT. YOU HAVE EMPLOYEES JUST SITTING BEHIND THE COUNTER WATCHING THEIR CO WORKER ON THE COMPUTER AND TALKING & SCROLLING THROUGH THEIR PHONES. IF YOU NOT ON THE CLOCK OR ON BREAK WHY THE HELL YOU SITTING THERE THEN GET AN ATTITUDE WHEN ASKED A QUESTION. DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE. YOU WILL BE THERE ALL DAY

IF I CAN GIVE 0 stars I would , Most horrible TD BRANCH IS Located 149 3rd ave . Workers are just sitting over 20 minute doing absolutely nothing while looking at customers overly frustrated asking for people and all they can say your name will be called . I literally witness 3 workers go all into one room while one held the door and they was all giggles and one worker told another close the door and another responded by saying she don’t care they can come back tomorrow she tired already . Totally unprofessional and the most horrible service . I literally saw only one lady working extremely hard trying to help everyone out i know that she must be tired of her co workers bull & laziness . This branch needs all new workers

This place is a nightmare, their ATM stole my
debit card and the wait to get help was extremely ridiculous very slow workers..after waiting for over an hour I had to eventually walk away because I had 18 people a head of me.. and you would think they would put up a sign on the ATM to let the customers know that this machine is swallowing peoples debt card.. it actually deserves 0 star
