I had a good experience at this location the manager and one of the employees was so nice and funny , I definitely got what I came for and what happy . The only downfall is the length of wait I had been there almost 2 hours before being seen

It took two hours to get a debit card in this location on a Saturday morning. The branch manager did not lock the doors after they were not taking more appointments for the day. It's totally a waste of my time.

The ATMs are rubbish, they keep the card twice and I have to wait hours for them to serve me.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen something this bad. I went 2 days in a row. The first day I had to cancel my appointment after 2.5 hours of waiting. Second day, went to the bank, again full of people. My line number was 29. I received a call 3 hours later that they were ready for me. Really? Worst part is no one helps you. There is no signs to tell you what services a teller will provide. They take one costumer, 30 min for each one. How long does it take to open an account? I did it online and it took me 2 min.The best part is I was there to pick up a debit card. The lady, with number 27 had been waiting for almost an hour for a debit card. If this is how you treat your costumers it shows a lot about the bank. I regret coming to this bank.

Machine has 16 people ahead of me, and the branch is almost empty. I asked some Dominican dude sitting at a desk and he said rudely he works in “investment” and he doesn’t know. They are taking forever. I was here for a replacement debit, now I’m just closing my account and going with Bank of America. TD is a Canadian Commie bank they all suck especially this branch.

This location doesn't cease to amaze me at how bad their customer service is. I tried calling ahead several times before heading to this location just to avoid wasting my time. I went to this location to see that they no longer had appointments available with 45 minutes left before closing.America's most convenient bank. Yeah okay

The manager here is why I believe this location is still going. Nicole who is one of the managers I met here who helped me out while I dealt with an emergency situation due to a compromised debit card. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. TD bank is lucky to have her. Thank you Nicole!

Why the doors be closed by 9pm? Wasn’t able to withdraw cash at the ATM smh. I thought TD was the most convenient bank.

Somebody please praise the guard on duty 3/1/23 I’ve been coming here for the last 6 months watching him take heat he shouldn’t be taking and dealing with it with no problems that young king deserves a raise only guard I always see paying attention and keeping things in order

This is my favorite bank to come to. Even when I was out of town, they help me to send my granddaughter money by Zelle as I was out of town she walked me thru it over the phone. Any time I have a problem they help. R right away.

I arrived at the The hub TD bank on 11/23/2022 right before closing time. It was hectic, people were rushing in and out and I could sense that the bank staff were just trying to help as many people as they could even though the were already completely booked. Things seemed overwhelming but that didn't stop the staff from exhibiting courtesy. The front line security guard was doing double duty as customer service and even when he was insulted by rude customers the man did not break he was professional and polite. The issue was handled by the branch assistant store manager, a Ms. Silva and she was absolutely gracious and empathic to my problem. She resolved my dispute although it was by my own doing and I left feeling better then when I came in. Great service from a branch who can't control the terrible external problems the neighborhood faces.
