I mean are they just hiring people and not training them at all on how to treat customers politely? I am not a rude customer and still the person at the register (the light skin girl that looks like a guy) was very rude when i asked if it was possible to get a better receipt. Being a foster parent i need to get receipts that clearly shows the items i purchased and how much i paid. The receipt was printed but it didnt show any of the info that i needed. As customers spending our money we deserve better service. They dont deserve not even one star, one is too much!!!

I will never shop there again! The security guard discriminated me for entering with a service dog. Also, the cashier register denied me from getting a refund back and didn’t want to accept my item with tags on it! Never again! This store should close!

Supposed to be open at 10am. 10:30 doors are still locked. Call to ask when they open. They said 11am. Disappointing and exactly why I no longer shop here.

Came in to this store to purchase clothes for my children. I was discriminated against because I was wearing a hat. I was followed and I heard one of the associates say that I was going to steal something. Will be escalating this matter.

I order something was 100$ the delivery never got to me. I call and email children place, they said to call the shipping company, how I have to do all that when I paid you for a server. I call the shipping company same I have a video showing I never got a package, they telling me to call back children place and to show them a email they was going send me.i call back they said they can't so anything they got a photo that was delivered I was not to me or my door. I got a video I need to talk to a manager after he saw the email the shipping company send me now I have to way 5 day to see what they going do. Please don't buy from them online,

To the children's place corporation the workers that you have on fordham road and the hub on 3rd ave are very unorganized and unprofessional. There was a big mis understanding with the hiring process and I have been trying to have them help me resolve the issue for two months , from both stores and no one volunteer to help, they kept telling me to call back,I even visited the children's place on fordham,

My kids love childrens place on 3rd ave in the bronx. There are always sales and on all occassians i find myself running in their for help with an outfit and i alwats find what i need. I love their selections for boys, they have beautiful colors, where it is hard to find nice things for boys in other stores.

On five of five visits horrible customer service experiences even when ordering online to pick up in store a day prior pick up order not ready and if you don't have to wait on a like for 40min to get the order for them to be clueless to the pick up add attitude just unprofessional district manager calls to apologize obviously had to call in on all instances it's been a bad experience nothing changes.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I took a shirt to return for which I had a receipt, NEVER WORN, and they refused to take back the shirt. Went to another children's place on 125th and they took it back with no issues!! Furthermore, I placed an order online for pick up at 8:30am and it just about 4pm, and it's still not ready!!! Not only that , the young lady has no clue what time today , it would be potentially ready??? Mind YOU I LITERALLY HAVE TWO ITEMS ON MY ORDER!!!! Never shopping there again !!
