Sold me a fake pair of sneakers then argued with me about how they were real when there was defects on the shoes one shoe was shaped differently from the other then tried to respectfully speak to the owner about it and basically told me I did not buy the sneakers from him or his store they do not have a professional authenticity to prove the sneakers they sell are real lost out on 500 and a pair of shoes i literally had to get other people involved from the street that no the owner just in order to get a respectful response which is also super unprofessional either way I would not buy sneakers from anywhere besides places like Nike SNKRS or goat do not get robbed like I did

Ordered a pair of boots online and they never mailed them to me. Emailed them multiple times and they never replied!!

Perfect example of why I don’t buy from small business… Owner seems extremely arrogant, I messaged them about a sweatshirt that they sold to my 15-year-old which now leads me to believe that it’s fake. I spoke to the owner on Instagram for a couple of days back-and-forth and he just seemed to buy time and then completely flat out Ignore me. I guess he needs the $250 more than I did. Don’t waste your time shopping here no guarantee items are authentic, no exchange policy no return policy. Any business that post “all sales final “ is a red flag. Give your money to Bloomingdale’s. Just because you own a business doesn’t mean you know how to run one.

Overpriced, the markup for everything in the store is ridiculous. They make up the prices depending on who’s buying. They’re all rude, terrible customer service and they get annoyed when you ask for prices. They also follow you and watch you do if you’re just looking around. Who wants to shop like that? Seems like the owner was cool but his employees need to learn what good customer service is. Not worth the hassle or the price, and at the end of the day you won’t even know if their inventory is legit. You’re better off buying from stock x or goat, you can get a better deal and at least you know what you buy is legit. Been here multiple times, if you actually care about what you buy, don’t come here. Weak ass spot.

Requested a sneaker they had listed on their website as available only to be told they don't have it supposedly buy yet its still available on your website. This is not the first time they are extremely rude and don't think because you have a few famous clientele we are supposed to kiss the ring kuz u are nobody to me. Bad business practices.
