After having several mediocre to poor moving experiences, what a delight Padded Wagon was! Their response to me, by email or phone, was always within minutes. Padded Wagon's bid was quite fair, their staff were very punctual and polite, and their work quality was outstanding. Their packers/unpackers worked quickly but carefully, and we had no breakage at all. And Padded Wagon's picture hangers were the best we have ever used, hanging many valuable works with care and precision. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about the Padded Wagon moving company! They truly went above and beyond to help me during a very difficult time in my life. I was overwhelmed and under a lot of stress, but from the moment I contacted them, they were professional, kind, and incredibly supportive.
Their team showed up right on time, handled everything with care, and worked quickly and efficiently. What stood out the most was how understanding and compassionate they were — it honestly felt like more than just a moving service; it felt like support from people who genuinely cared.
I’m so grateful for their help when I needed it most. I couldn’t have done it without them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful, and top-notch movers.

Padded Wagon exceeded our already high expectations. Everyone was friendly, on time and professional. And my goodness, did these movers work fast and hard. There were several items I’d intended to move by hand. As the packing was wrapping up and I saw how careful they were being, I sheepishly asked if I could include them last minute. They insisted they take them off my hands. They are that kind of accommodating.

I just used Padded Wagon for an out-of-state. I wish there were more stars to click. Manny and his crew handled some adverse conditions with professionalism and efficiency. There was snow and inefficiency from my new quarters. Many told me not to get excited and his men ran everything smoothy and on time.
Moving is stressful but with Padded Wagon, be assured your move will in good hands.

We hired this moving service to move in June 2023 and had such a poor experience that has prompted us to reach out to the federal trade commission. Apart from massively overcharging us and damaging many items, the movers themselves did not completely pack up our house (a service that we paid through the nose for) and then proceeded to pile all of our belongings in the basement of the new house. When we tried to receive some recompense, they told us that there was no inventory list (the first we had ever heard of it) and have refused to even have a phone call to discuss our grievances.I hope this review saves someone else the several thousand dollars and months of frustration. If you think you’re gonna get a few fellow Irish that you can trust with your belongings, think again. Our gang looked like they had been pulled from a nearby methadone clinic.

They put duck tape around the leg of a chair after they cracked the leg in transport. Unreal.Unprofessional movers by the way. Then they asked for more money. Overall I would not use them.

I paid over 11k in storage fees to store my items over a seven year period. When it came time to reclaim my items not only had they gone missing, but because they had no record of when the items went missing they would not reimburse my monthly fees and offered about $500 for the missing items.

worst company - bunch of thieves! they lost boxes of mine and I was told it was never on the inventory so it wasn't lost. really a bunch of scam artists with a ton of hidden fees and extra charges that they don't tell you about in advance.

We were moving after more than thirty years One can imagine how stressful it could be for anyone at my age it was just too much.The Padded Wagon helped me move once before many years ago.I was so impressed and happy with overall work and price.I was happy to call PADDED WAGON again and gave them the opportunity. To no surprise they came through again.The price was very competitive but the service was super EXCELLENT.They full crew showed up half hour before promise time. The crew was very respectful and extremely professional. The crew gave us time and made sure nothing was left behind.A big thank you very much Eddy, Gill, Daren and all for making this move so easy for us GOD bless you all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
