I have been to PMR 3 times to date. Monika D is my OT and is very great! Her support team is also very helpful. I would recommend Riverdale PMR to others.

Girls up front are excellent, polite and helpful in many ways. Brian G was great at helping with healing my bad knee. Afterwards the professional staff was good in stretching my legs/foot so I can walk easily. I highly recommend them.

Love the new building the staff had kind helpful and truly understanding of pain and how to help. I have gone to both Bardonia and the Riverdale office. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that need rehabilitation

Monika and her amazing support staff worked with me twice a week for about two months. The quality of service, expertise and kindness was beyond my expectations. My appointments were always on schedule. I felt that I was in excellent care throughout my rehabilitation. Also, the facility is clean and they use state of the art equipment.

I saw Monika for OT for a few months after surgery for a fractured wrist. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thoughtful. She was also very encouraging when I got frustrated. She and her intern even made a special splint to help my wrist extension. The office staff was very efficient.

i did get an apology from Dr. liss and from the office manager, Noah. they agreed with my suggestion to have Noah, and not the receptionists, responsible for telling patients to wear their masks properly. so i'm back to therapy at PM&R. hopefully things will go more smoothly in the future and covid will be gone soon if everyone would just pull together.

Madeleine was my third of three physical therapists I tried after my hip replacement. She was incredible. Extremely knowledgeable. She pushed me but never too hard. I hiked in the Grand Canyon recently, and I know it has a lot to do with her. So grateful.

Came here for therapy after a knee injury and have to say I could not be happier with the treatment I received from the doctors and assistants. The front desk staff is also super friendly and were willing to help me out with some insurance questions I had. Would definitely recommend if you need any kind of physical therapy.

I’ve been a client at PMR for the past four months. My occupational therapist is MONIKA. My surgeon and I think that she is wonderful. I feel that my recovery was hastened by my visits to PMR. There were lots of helpful activities to aid me, and I was always seen on time. Thanks!
