Very bad service, terrible. I went to that store and Brayan humiliated me, he discriminated against me, the store printer did not give me the label and I asked him if he could help me and he said with an arrogant attitude I DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, and a man comes and I asked him something and he answered in SPANISH, and I told him but you told me that you don't speak Spanish and he came back and told me with the same attitude I can't help you I don't speak Spanish, what he doesn't know is that I understand everything in English, and my husband was with me and the store was full of people and all the people told me what a bad attitude that young man had. I know he speaks Spanish because I have visited that store since it opened. I will never return to that store and I live very close, but that employee has a very bad vibe.

I would have given 1 star if the staff here weren’t as helpful as they are. It’s not their fault the business is super inefficient. ONE kiosk for everyone who has Amazon returns??? There is always a line, and they refuse to help anyone with it at the counter (again, I’m sure it’s corporate policy). Can we at least get a second kiosk at this location if we’re going to be forced to do it this way??

Jason was a great help. He greeted me as I enter the store. He answered all my questions and helped me to get my package out in a timely manner.

This store has amazing customer service! We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.

“Delivery attempted” when they never came at all, didn’t even drive past the building, called the main office and they said the local office would call me back and nothing. Shameful!

Every visit I make to this store is always pleasant! The Staff always greets me with a warm smile. Jason in particular is wonderful! Very helpful and courteous

Had a good experience and felt compelled to share. I was dreading going. It was busy earlier today but the sole person working there Horatio was very patient and communicative with everyone.
He was also very efficient, helping others on the line and taking questions if there was a moment where his primary client was working on something.

My recent visit to the UPS Store was exceptionally pleasant and efficient. Despite a short wait, the staff managed to handle everything swiftly and with great attention to detail.
The packing and return services were executed flawlessly, ensuring my items were secure and properly addressed.
I must give special recognition to Natasha, whose positive vibes and high level of professionalism truly stood out. Her courteous service made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, my visit to the UPS Store was overwhelmingly positive. I highly recommend this business for anyone needing reliable shipping and packing services.
