Worst place to wash your clothes. Machines leave clothes dirty and full of stains. There was roaches also in between machines, and i saw a mouse run across the walkway. The owner was rude and did not want to hear it when it was brought to his attention.

Do not support this business. The owner is an horrible person that thinks it’s okay to use foul language around children because he owns the place. Take your business elsewhere.

Watching and listening to the owner acknowledge that he verbally abuse an employee in from of his customer is appalling. It is unacceptable I hope he realized that there will be a backlash.

I cannot recommend supporting this business. The owner frequently speaks to employees in an unprofessional and demeaning manner, which creates an uncomfortable environment for both staff and customers. When concerns are raised respectfully, instead of addressing them, the owner dismisses or asks customers to leave. Respect and professionalism are the foundation of good business, but unfortunately, this one falls short in both areas.
It’s important to support businesses that treat both their workers and their customers with respect. Unfortunately, the owner here does the opposite—employees are spoken to in a degrading way, and customers who try to point out the problem are told to leave. This kind of behavior hurts staff morale and drives customers away. I hope things change, but until then, I cannot recommend this place.

Today I went as usually do to get my clothes wash & dry like every other weekend .
I unbag my clothes and put them in there biggest machine in there store .
As I was getting the soap ready , a young women decided to open the machine and proceeds to tell me I have to many clothes inside . I told what do you mean . I use the same amount of bags and clothes each week . I believe she work there because she has uniform & no one in there right mind will do that .
Instead arguing and decide to leave and went to the better laundry service down the block , which were super delighted to have me wash & dry my clothes in there establishment .
My guess they need to work on there customer service and better on approaching customer service . You wouldn’t want to loose the customers in the neighborhood.
Not returning to this establishment, Not for me …
