Cashiers are unfriendly and extremely slow. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go. Then when you buy outfits with hangers they insist on separating the sets from the hangers and arguing with customers who would rather them not bust the tags off the hanger.

I had an unpleasant experience at T.J. Maxx the other day when I asked a tall, black security guard if I could use the bathroom. I was surprised by his rude and dismissive response. Instead of politely answering or directing me to the restroom, he acted like I was bothering him. His tone was sharp, and he seemed irritated by my request, which left me feeling uncomfortable and confused. I had never encountered this kind of treatment in the store before, and it really caught me off guard. I don’t know if it was just a bad moment for him or if this was how he usually treated customers, but it was definitely a disappointing experience.
And then there was this disgustingly rude, anemic-looking, and incredibly skinny undercover loss prevention officer who seemed to take pleasure in making my situation worse. When I asked him to open the bathroom for me, he refused without any explanation, acting as though it was an unreasonable request. His demeanor was cold and dismissive, and she didn’t seem to care that I was clearly uncomfortable. He barely acknowledged me, and the look on her face was one of complete indifference, almost as if I was inconveniencing him by simply asking. I couldn’t believe how hostile he was over such a small thing, especially when all I needed was to use the restroom. His entire attitude left me feeling humiliated and frustrated.

The manager was so rude, I just when there to get some pajamas for Christmas and she was so rude because it was missing the top part and she said that they don’t sell it separate. I can understand that there is some rules for the company that do not allowed sell only one part for sets, but is the communication how you delivered to the client.

I shop here often and spend on average $300 a week. TJMAXX Fordham has the worst staff. The clerk Naseem wanted me to get apply for the TJ maxx Credit Card and I said no then she went in on financial responsibilities then she was being Homophobic about future marriage and buying a house and having a CC will help. I come again later in a few days I get NASEEM again… she throws all the items they placed on hold for me on the Floor!! The FLOOR (glass items with broken boxes) and I had 26 items!!! Some of the merchandise broke when I got home and she didn’t apologize. I spoke to the Manager, she had a smelly plastic wig on and yelled at me and said “I will speak to her” nothing was addressed and the Naseem went to break afterwards cuz she knew she was wrong but ran away. Naseem was so unfriendly and she needs to keep her opinions about people’s future weather or not I get a CC it’s not your job to tell me I need it for my wife and kids in the future. It’s not your business and don’t assume She dropped and broke 8 of my K skin care products. The only person that was nice was a girl named Angela… the whole store needs training. Angela was so nice that her stupid Supervisor with the plastic BOB was getting her to leave me and not help me anymore.

I was inside the store today and it was a tall black gay guy standing at the counter as I approached the counter he asked me “did you hear me say next?” It was very rude and of course I responded back to him and I told him I’m not the type of person to be rude but you are trying to embarrass me. I told him I will go to the next cashier if he didn’t want to cash me as I continued to put my stuff on the counter he said do you want to go to the next cashier I said no just cash me I’m here… I’m thinking about going back to the store tomorrow to talk to the manager , if I would of known I would of took a picture and posted it here. My father was waiting for me in the car he was going to go back and have a talk with the manager but I told him no please don’t I’ll handle it tomorrow. Btw my father works for consumer affairs.
