Avoid at all costs. Attempted to place an order online for pickup but something told me to just go to the store myself. Unfortunately, with pickup orders at this location, you spend more time waiting for someone to grab your order than the time you would spend if you perused the store yourself.
Well thank God I listened to myself. Upon entering the store and inquiring about the same item I attempted to buy for pickup (An A/C unit), a store employee told me that their system is not updated and they don’t have it in stock.
It is a store’s job to keep & stay up to date with their inventory, in store and online.
Much better off at Lowe’s or Ace Hardware

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I'm waiting in a LONG LINE for "self-checkout" NOW, as I type this. If an employee is scanning your items for YOU IT IS NOT SELF-CHECKOUT. Add to that there is a single line. If the employees weren't semi-helpful then I'd give this location 1 star.

How on earth does this Home Depot get away with this? They don't care about their plants they overwater them. They underwater them and they don't even take care of them, but they want to charge lots of money for them. It's a joke. They have killed ferns. How do they kill ferns? Ferns grow and volcanic ashes of these people can't even take care of any type of plants. It's sad and disgusting.

All Home Depots are not what they used to be. Never anyone to assist you in the depts let alone in the aisles. You can spend half your day looking for something if you are not familiar with the store.

They have self checkouts that are not open. Everyone waiting on one Line (contractors and lay people). Lone goes to the back of the store. Then they open up a self checkout, but have an employee standing there taking people from the line. This is not a way to run a business. I'm sticking to the local hardware store on Tremont and the Bruckner. Service is much better.

I ordered a grill online for a family function with assembly. The person who was suppose to assemble grill has not gone to work in 4 days. So, no grill no family function. This is also all during the run around they gave me telling me it would be ready for pick up, I'm next in line for item to be assembled or I can pick up and they come out with a box not assembled. I cannot believe they only have one person in the whole store who assembles products. Poor poor customer service

This Home Depot located in Bronx has always been good and workers were very willing to help and satisfy customers. In December 26 there was a white man with grey beard working near the refrigerator section. I went to the store and I asked for assistance and the guy had a harsh disrespectful tone. There was another man there working and he was willing to help and he did. However the white guy was rude amd disrespectful. I came to pick up a refrigerator by 7 and when I arrived my refrigerator was not ready for pick up. The lady that was in charge left. When it seemed no one helped I said to the white old guy can you help me out or do I look for myself the refrigerator. He said alright you can. You can do it on your own. This has never happened to me before. There were always workers helping out customers and answering questions in a respectful manner. I felt disappointed, not helped, and disrespected. This white old man with a beard needs to WATCH the way he TALKS to his customers and if so he should lose his job because I have never been super disappointed by workers in such a big store whose is to help out customers.

We are in the 21st Century. Why is Apple Pay not a form of payment?! Please get with the program - everyone does not always carry cash or a credit card. AND we are in the city ........ c'mon Home Depot!

I practically live in Home Depot and lowes lol but it's rare that you go to one and actually have great service. When I go to this location, I'm helped and I'm in and out. Can't complain!

The associate Ken in flooring was very rude, condescending and disrespectful. He just got off the phone and I said excuse me and asked him a question. Not sure if he was upset about the phone call. But he continued to be rude and spoke down to me. I addressed that I did not appreciate how I was spoken to. All i did was ask questions. I have never encountered someone like this at this Home Depot. Usually everyone is so pleasant. He repeatedly told me that there was no way we could get any of the flooring down that I wanted because they did not have a driver for the lifts. But when a manager was called and I informed him that I would need 12 cases, all of a sudden someone was able to drive the lifts? I was clearly irritated and just wanted to distract myself with my phone before it escalated further. He then said go ahead mam, my name is Ken take a picture. I was like are you kidding me? Because I am on my phone and yes clearly irritated, you are accusing me of taking a picture of you?! I too work in service, a nurse at that in the ED and I get cursed at everyday! I do not ever speak to any of my patients/customers this way! I tried to just calm myself down and this associate is accusing me of taking pictures of him. I told him he was down right disrespectful. All I need are the 12 cases of flooring i need! Lets be done with it and let me get out of here! Completely uncalled for! To top it off another associate cut me off when I was explaining to Ken what kind of floor I was looking for. The woman said, oh im sorry, I thought you were a little girl. Excuse me? Such disrespectful people.

I was at this location last weekend, and while I found what I was looking for the customer service left much to be desired. Each staff member I approached with a question was seemingly bothered by my gall to even ask for assistance. All my questions were replied with snarky sarcasm. Honestly, the employees there behaved as if I was doing them the favor of purchasing from that location. The only positive outcome of this truly nasty experience was knowing I would never COME BACK to this location. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! Now I know, this may not apply to all the employees at this location, unfortunately, I had the misfortune to encounter a handful of unprofessional individuals that day. I went there for the convenience, but I will gladly travel to another borough, if necessary, then to deal with rude, ill-mannered individuals again. Call me old fashion, but when I treat people with respect, I expect it be reciprocated. If you feel the same way don't bother going to this Home Depo location in the Bronx - the customer service at 2560 Bruckner Blvd, Bronx, NY 10465 really SUCKS!!!!
