I recently rented a unit here and couldn't be happier. The facility is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which gave me real peace of mind for storing my belongings. As someone who needed to move furniture, the loading dock was an absolute game-changer—it made loading and unloading my truck safe and effortless. The extended access hours are also a huge plus. Highly recommend for anyone needing secure, convenient storage.
P.S. A quick tip: When I was finally ready to move everything out, the team at Lemon Team Moving provided excellent service, handling everything directly from my storage unit. They made the final step completely stress-free!

I’ve known CubeSmart for years. Unpleasantly sometimes some of their locations are neglected or better yet ignored at points inconvenient for customers.
That’s the experience at the unit on Tillotson in The Bronx, New York. Got online reserved & leased a space. At arrival to save my property only one elevator doesn’t work. Told that “..we don’t know when they’ll fix it..”. Next day as I arrive with a second load unload from my small 🛻…. the 2nd elevator unserviceable. 24 hrs plus and no avail. Having to reload my property & find another unit to save my property while angrily & disappointed deciding to cancel the contract and more than likely pay for a space that I could never rely on effectively & never store all my stuff.
My point is… if your billing system is so accurate & ready to proceed to evict if we don’t pay, why is it that our money have to pay for a service that doesn’t have a plan B for situations that customers go through while relying on your promise of good service. ??????
Other than that at least customer service was polite to let me know & apologize for the inconvenience. But that doesn’t take away the fact that if you have a great clean structure for storage you cannot prioritize a plan B for cases like the one just described.
At 2325 Hollers Ave the situation was immensely different and approach much more different with anything or doubt ready to be explained and expertly delivered. wow..!! What a difference..!!

Employees are friendly and helpful. But its the every 3 months an increase on the rent which is unfair-

I came in unsure of what I needed. Abraham greeted me and took his time to explain all my options and showed me a few units to put things into perspective. I felt confident that my things would be stored safely, and their convenient access hours 6:00am- 8pm was a no brainer.

abraham is very accomadating! got what i believed to be a good deal, ha!!!
one of the 2 elevators is out always! and the lights r motion activated & go out constantly, the sensor is like a block away!!
Worst of all is… they RAISED MY rent in less than 2 MONTHS, 40 dollars!!
Its a total scam that they give 40% off!!! I will never use cubesmart again, because i do not like being played!!! U may have gotten the xtra cash but u lost a client & i will be very vocal about my treatment from Cubesmart!!! Lisa in nyc

On November 8, 2025, I attempted to rent a storage unit at CubeSmart as a first-time customer. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Abraham. He was rude and dismissive, and refused to honor the new client promotion, claiming that I was ineligible simply because my mother already rents a unit at CubeSmart.
To clarify, I have never rented from CubeSmart before. My mother originally rented from Extra Space Storage, and it is not her responsibility that the company was later acquired by CubeSmart. Despite explaining this, Abraham made no effort to resolve the situation or find a reasonable solution. His demeanor and lack of professionalism ultimately cost CubeSmart a potential new customer.
I do want to acknowledge David and Jasmine, who have always been courteous and helpful to both my mother and me during past visits. Unfortunately, the poor experience with Abraham overshadowed those positive interactions.
As a result, I chose to take my business elsewhere and rented a unit with Stop & Stor. Their team made my move-in process exceptionally smooth, and I’m very satisfied with that decision.
