So I have to say if you’re in town for the night, this is a good spot! Unfortunately, there’s some things that I would like to say first informal on our first night. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working so we had to pay cash which was an inconvenience. They have a ATM machine, but of course with the fee! Due to the area of where it’s at, you’re not going to find your most upscale people, but I have to say everyone was pretty friendly! The spot is located near many stores and very convenient! One of the things I do have to say is that parking is a nightmare! Due to the fact that I was in town for her surgery, I left my vehicle at the hospital Parking lot because I knew it would be safer! I do have to say that one of the things I notice is that the blankets are very thin, but I was very thankful for the gentleman that look like Moana’s dad was super nice. Yes Moana’s dad the cartoon. He was very, very helpful! I think he was the best part of our trip! Anyways, if you do stay at this place bring a blow dryer they don’t have any and also please bring your own shampoo and conditioner since they don’t have that either! Like I mentioned before, if you have to stay here for a night, Great or for a few hours even better! One thing I did love about the hotel was the art it had beautiful pictures of New York and each floor had different art!!

One of the most miserable hotels I have ever slept in.
After paying so much for that expensive room, I had to beg for soap and the room looks like a cubicle for USD$ 180.
The room reeked of weed and cigarettes which was unbearable for me as a non smoker. I couldn't sleep.
A mirror in the ceiling staring at me on the floor.
Very unfriendly atmosphere.
They have a long way to go.
A bad representation of New York!

My room was small, but in a noisy area of the Bronx. I fell asleep for three hours and that's all I could get. But that's my fault and not the hotels.The shower head was not installed properly so it leaked out the top and the sink spigot was loose. Other than that it was ok. The person at the front desk was nice and hospitable.

Great stay was in town for a funeral.
There is a lot of activity And Non guest and homeless people in lobby using the one microwave in the hotel for guest. And there’s no parking despite free parking being on booking info. Otherwise it was a reasonable price for New York.

Very busy area, hear lots of noise, lady behind desk wasnt helpful with anything that wasnt moslum. Pretended to barely understand or speak english when asked About other areas like Arthur Ave in the Bronx??? She said she never heard of this. Hotels supposed to be amabassadors to a city and this one made u feel out of place bcs your not the same as her.

I have been coming here for about 2 to 3yrs now since you guys open. In the beginning it was nice, clean and quiet. August I'm there with my wife for 4hrs and the front desk calls my room within 2 hrs and says check out. I explain I have 2 more hours, she giving me all kind of attitude. I now have to get dress and go downstairs and she start counting on her fingers and still getting it wrong while having an attitude. I'm down there for 5min while she looking at the blue card counting 3 hours. I had count for her and then she is like oh smfh. An hour later housekeeping comes knocks and open the door while my wife is not dress, talking about check out time. I'm not dress and he shows me his phone telling me my checkout time. I tell him that it is wrong. So I don't blame him he jus doing his but the woman at the front desk not on point. This is at in 8/27/2025 evening time. Nobody didn't even say Sorry. If u look my name up you will see I have spend plenty money with you stay 3 to 4 days at a time. I don't even leave reviews but I felt disrespected and I don't think I will be coming back again. Thank you for ur time in this matter

I was skeptical about this hotel but it was actually nice. When i walked in the room it smelled refreshing. It was a small room but it was a nice room. I don’t remember the young lady name at the service desk but she was nice and helpful. As far as the location i mean it was in an area where everything was accessible.

Worst hotel ever!! Very unsafe neighborhood, homeless knocking at your door over night (no security), fire alarm ringing twice in the night, booked two nights, left after the first night. Asked front desk for refund for al least second night I d not spend there, never heard an answer. Contacted them by message on their website, they just ignored my message. Avoid that place at all cost. Very bad service and they clearly don t care about their customers!!!
