1.) came here just to waste my time (an hour wait time even with appt) bc front desk doesn’t know how to explain pricing correctly on the phone no apology, no nothing, just an hour of my life wasted because an employee can’t do their job properly2.) still forcing masks for every single person even though mandate was lifted… it’s 2023.3.) last time i came here in 2019 with a different dog, we paid $500 just for 3 shots & heart worm medicine. place is a total rip off. only came in ‘23 because we needed one shot & thought it was cheaper than our other options but apparently not ?

Great place for the best service for your pets. The weighing is free if you pay for the exams and it's well worth the money ? in my honest opinion ??? This is gonna be my go-to place for Crystal and Daniel ??⬛ my beautiful 8 moths old kittens. I've had them since they were 1.5 months old. They're my fur kids lol

This location sucks i took my cat for a dental cleaning paid over 700 dollars for nothing obviously cause my cat is worse than what he was beforehand. Then to come to go charge 500 more out of pocket for a blood test that didn’t help it’s outrageous what these animal hospitals do all that money invested for what nothing made him better

ok it is my 2nd visit in; as a clinical person; the clinical staff is appropriate. The front desk is an issue for me. I have insurance for my pet the detailed receipt is supposed to include diagnosis. Theirs dont; so part of claim was denied because medication was billed for and my insurance want a diagnosis for it to reimburse. I ask if she can provide diagnosis for this visit plus I still didn't receive the diagnosis for 1st visit; she looked confused. As a clinical person over 23 years; your front desk is your life support. I called to confirm the receipt of the EOB I received for first visit and was told we aren't in the office that won't be checked until tomorrow. And they still have mask mandates when it has been lifted by NYS. on the fence if I will continue with taking my furbaby here. Close proximity is not always the best choice.

We took our dog here because she was limping and her elbow was clearly swollen. The vet was dismissive of any information we offered and he rolled his eyes when I mentioned a chiropractor. He said it was probably arthritis, but did not offer to do an x-ray and came off as uninvested in her care. We won't be going back.

Do not take your pet here ! I do not recommend. I took my dog here to check for ticks and the doctor quickly searched and sent us on our way home stating that she didn’t have any ticks ! When we arrived home I found a huge tick on the side of her mouth! He charged me for the visit and when I called back to dispute the receptionist and didn’t allow me to speak to the doctor. I am currently disputing this case because my poor dog was sent home being told she was fine and she wasn’t . If you love your pet DO NOT bring them here ! The doctor is ready to retire and seems unfit for the job .

I've brought my two babies Sally and Jordan to this clinic and I'm extremely satisfied. The Doctor is a professional and funny as well. I definitely recommend this animal hospital!

They are terrible!!!! My cat was sick and I came in to see how I could help. The doctor couldn't find a reason and suggested I order some tests. I ordered 2 and he kept pressing me to order more. The 2 test alone plus the vet visit was $500. After, when I called back for the results, the nurses hung up on me. I called back hoping the phone call just dropped and my number was blocked. I hope this business fails.

I took her to the emergency vet and lasted 3 days and they found , severe anemia, and many other things.

Two weeks ago , we had to put our 14 yrs.dog Bella to sleep. I want to say Thank You to Dr. Marienberg, Jennifer, and the rest of the staff who took care of her for so many years, and in Bella's last hour showed her and our family the greatest level of compassion . Jen was able to get Bella paw print thur the co. which my daughter loves .I can't say enough Thank You.

I took my cat here as she had a lump on her lower abdomen and they completely disregarded me. They took her blood (charged me 700 dollars) and told me nothing was wrong with her. They sent me home with a vitamin serum and said she just had vitamin deficiencies. Few weeks later, the lump started to grow and she started acting very strange and weak. She then started bleeding so I took her to an emergency hospital where I later found out that she had an infection and her ovaries were abnormal (you could see them on x ray). Do not send your animal here as they don’t care and just want money. I am trying to warn everyone and preventing further situations like this from happening. Please avoid this to negligent place.

Last year Dr. Marienberg had to put my beautiful 17 year old dog down. He was the love of my life and Dr. Marienberg kept this 100 pound dog alive for 17 years in great health. He's an absolute wizard. I promised I would never get another dog but then a puppy from the shelter, named Cleo, came into my life. Dr. M examined her before I got her and made sure that the stomach issue that she had was not going to be a permanent problem. There are some bad reviews here - maybe those people just didn't pay their bill and want to get back at Dr. M.

The staff are friendly, the prices are pretty decent especially for the area that it's in. A plus there's parking which is why I like to go here. The doctor is nice however he is getting a bit old so it's a little concerning. They do try to sell you things that is not necessary but they don't push it hard which I like. I did get a needle biopsy on my dog and I called to get an update and I had to wait a while for the doctor to get back to me to give me the results. However for the most part I've been coming here for about 4 years and I do recommend it.

Vet is only interested in the dollar signs. No sympathy or concern about your sick pet. All he sees is numbers. Vaccinations are pricey and he adds more charges to the office visit. Clerical errors in office paperwork. Everything is hand written instead of being typed professionally in a computer.Pet Smart and Petco don’t allow hand written vaccination notes from doctors because it seems scarce. Groomers as well. Take your loving dog to a doctor that cares about your sick pet and not just your wallet. Thank me later!
