Orlando and Tomas are very honest and knowledgeable mechanics. Had multiple problems with my 2002 Honda Civic (check engine light and overheating). They got to the root of the problems very quickly and resolved all the issues. I would highly recommend Tyrone 32!!!

Orlando is the absolute best. We will only use Tyrone 32 for any and all of our car repairs. Orlando is honest and trustworthy. He is an absolute five star mechanic and manager. Tyrone 32 comes absolutely recommended. This is the kind of place I would send my family to if they lived in the area. Their charges are fair and reasonable.

These guys have helped me immensely on numerous occasions when dealing with mechanical failures that put my business vehicles out of service. They seem to understand how important it is for me to get them back on the road asap.

4 month ago I came for engine light on, P200A they fixed the problem they charged me over $500 for the Intake valve rubber. Now I have the engine light on with the same code. Took it back last Friday and ask to check for me the engine light on, the manger told me is the fuel module, comeback Monday. I came today feb19 2024, left my car 7:30am, the head mechanic check for me the engine light and found the same code P200A I explained that I paid for the code before . And he told me he will check it for me to leave the car. They never call me back for the update , I have to call few times just to get an angry manager keep telling me they need to check the fuel module, but it was already 3 or 4 pm. I told the manager the mechanic found the same code I paid for 4 month ago. The manager got upset and because we couldn’t make money he told me then fix it yourself and pick up your car. I believe he knew since last Friday it was the same code I paid for before. But because he knew also he has to fix it again and not make money, he got nasty of the phone. This let you know the way auto shop managers behave when they desperate for money they lie to you and steal from you. I won’t recommend this shop they will sugar coated the first time and whenever they want, if they desperate for money they will cheat and robbed you. Nasty and liers

Quite disappointing experience. The stars are for promptness and professional manners, but I felt they tried to upsell me. They quoted me $1000 for replacement of brake discs and pads on all 4 wheels. The parts cost under $200 online across the board, so I shopped around for cheaper service. Another well reviewed shop quoted me $700. Personally, I doubt that the difference in quality of parts and workmanship is so big. But most importantly, the other guys took the wheels off in front of me and concluded that the brakes needed replacement only on the front wheels. I saved hundreds by going with them even after paying Tyrone32 full price for the diagnostics.

When you move into a new neighborhood, finding a reliable mechanic is a real comfort. This place -- with Orlando at the helm and Tomas at his side -- is a gem. I came in for a state inspection, and didn't expect to hear any bad news, but was pleased to get an honest evaluation of brake work that would be needed in the future. No catastrophizing, no attempts to sell me costly unneeded repairs. A clean waiting room with new magazines (imagine that!) and the most polite friendly treatment. I'm sold -- or should I say I'm converted? Thank you Tyrone 32 for giving me a better night's sleep to come.

Great mechanic shop. Orlando is a great guy and he knows how to serve each customer according to their needs. I have an older car that I don't use too often, and he knows how to keep it safe and roadworthy without charging me a ton of money. I had a bad front axle when I went in for an inspection, he passed me on the inspection but suggested I really should take care of it soon. He fixed it quickly and affordably. In other cases, he's told me that a suspension component was damaged but not dangerous and that i could wait a lot longer to have it replaced. Another mechanic could have tried to mislead me and charge more than the value of the car in repairs. Some dont even do a safety inspection at all. If you want a down-to-earth, honest mechanic look no further than Tyrone32

I went after seeing good reviews, but my experience was not very positive. Had to go a couple of times to pick up the car, but surprisingly car was out for a long test run. When returned to me the issue was still not fixed, not sure what was the outcome of the test run then. Finally, after I requested again, they got the issue fixed, but still not up to my satisfaction level. I am still giving 3 stars as a benefit of the doubt and as they acknowledged the mistake later.
