Stay away from ****** and his auto repair shop. Had a timing belt changed a year ago and my car has never been right ever since. After a year and four months of ****** claiming he does not know what is wrong with my car I took my car to get checked somewhere else only to find out ****** NEVER installed my parts I paid for but he also purposely caused electrical damage to the car by adding wires so I could keep coming back to his shop. These people are crooks and turned a good car into a lemon. My car wont start and the transmission is completely gone while ****** is making money off innocent people who trusted him. DO NOT GO TO ST ANNS THEY WILL KEEP YOUR PARTS AND TELL U THEY PUT THEM ON YOUR CAR PLUS THEY INTENTIONALLY CAUSE ELECTRICAL AND TRANSMISSION ISSUES. Sad part is if I would have done research I would have found out ****** has ruined plenty of CARS and had numerous of people pay for parts they dont need to mess up your car. I hope and pray his shop gets shut down Im a person and did not deserve this.

The customer service and all of the hidden fees are ridiculous. They charge $4 a gallon for gas an a $30 service fee to put the gas in. They also charged us $30 because the door was locked.

I wrote a review on 2-16-13 the day of the appalling service I received from this location but it seemed to have been removed. I will give my input again that is updated. There was no 0 to click on but my rating is Zero. I confirmed an appointment for a 10' truck way in advance. The day I came in the owner hurriedly swiped my card , handed me a key and told me where the truck was. He did not show me where it was. he told me to walk around a long block, then he changed his mind and told me to go out the back of his filthy tire shop. He took a call and disappeared. I went to the first truck and could not get it started. I had to bang on the door to beg for attention from one of the workers who told me which truck it was. Now the truck rented was blocked in by a workers car. I had to beg him to move it and he became belligerent with me. I argued back as he was belittling me. The truck was FILTHY!!! I kid you not. There were many vans and another truck that was clean. I again had to plead to no avail for a different vehicle. I was pressed for time so I rented a Nasty truck with a BEER bottle in the back. When I returned, the owner was there. i explained what happened but he twisted my words to make it seem my fault for renting the truck. He lied trough his teeth saying his trucks were clean. I was livid by then. I made sure I got a proper receipt because I suspected more trouble from them. These people had done nothing but play games with me. One worker was very disrespectful and acted like he wanted to fight me. I was prepared to give him a hard kick where it hurt. Why was I treated this way? I was polite, cheerful, respectful and decent. I complained to u- haul management. They gave me a number and logged my complaint. They did not call me back. I called to see about my complaint. They reentered my complaint but Still have not called back! Today i will call again because they should not get away with treating people like this. I could have been physically hurt by this harassment. In hindsight I should have called the police. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! it is a tire shop and if you are a woman alone you will be treated like a common -------( you fill in the blank). Shame on these ignorant ghetto subhumans.

DO NOT UTILIZE THEM!! There, I warned you. This is the second time I thought I could cut corners using their service because they are closer to where I live. They are mostly an auto repair shop. They will treat you like dirt, especially if you are a woman and come alone. I confirmed online so I thought I had no choice but to keep my appointment( I don't think you do , but please read the site carefully!!). They gave me the dirtiest truck, had it blocked in so I couldn't move it out, I had to almost beg them to let me out, there was a beer bottle inside, The check engine light was on in the truck( I have pictures). They had rude misogynist attitudes. Believe me dirtiest car repair shop I've ever seen. Only the mice, rats and roaches were missing. Maybe they were hiding. They do not respect or know how to do business with an honorable person. My blood pressure is high after trying to reason with these fools , but a fool doesn't care when he is being a fool and will lie to no end. Do yourself a favor. Do not go here and do not accept fifth. If you are not satisfied go elsewhere immediately. I warned you!!
