It's ok. They do not advertise that certain floors are not heated/air conditioned. They rented us a unit without telling us this. The doors to the units are small standard doors regardless of unit size you purchase. Very deceptive rental space. Entry and exit is easy though with 2 large elevators. Bathrooms on every floor as well.

The receptionist was rude. The cargo van I was given was dirty and windows were not clean. The seats were very uncomfortable. I’m never going rent another van from this location.

What’s the point of having to go through all the steps of checking in with truck share if you still have to have someone physically hand you a key?Also I didn’t have the truck share option showing so I went to the counter and the rep was like “oh you have to do it yourself I’ll send you a link”Is there a reason a rep couldn’t finish the check in? And when I finished I asked where to get th key and she’s like “oh here we have the keys”. So again what’s the point of making a customer do all this on their phone to still have to be given a key by an actual human being.That said the return was better. There was someone there and as I was struggling with getting the app to upload pics he said “it’s just easier if I do it. Just give me the key”. I had already taken pics of the miles and gas to be able to dispute charges if needed.So yes. People make things go simpler.I also reserved a dolly but it wasn’t in the truck and I didn’t have time to go and ask for one. I asked to have it removed from my bill and it wasn’t.

Truck was 40 dollars. Traveled 48 miles. Charged 63 dollars for less than 1/4 gallon of fuel used. 33 for the glass and 30 for someone to put it in the tank. Mileage was 80 dollars. 1.79 per mile. Total bill for 5 hour move 211.00. Would have been cheaperctovhire movers

Most of the staff are helpful. Return truck personnel was nasty, and acerbic for no reason at all. Terrible customer service there.

The female employee at the counter was very passive aggressive, and dismissive. I had asked if the van was one of the newer or older models, and she handed me the keys and said i don’t know, it is what it is. From the keys she handed me i can clearly tell it was one of the older models and i don’t work there. I was asking, because the older vans tend to admit a gas aroma which makes me light headed, which did happen with my reservation. The air conditioner for the car also did not work, which only exaggerated the problem. All the Employees were kind and respectful, and the when returning the car, they made sure to have me on my way as soon as possible. I don’t usually leave comments, but the employees attitude was so appalling i thought i should. I should also point out that she was wearing an AirPod to further illustrates her desire to be anyway but there while talking with me.

Waited 20 minutes in line for a pick up order. 1 person working, filing lengthy transactions, and taking phone calls, all while there’s a line. 0/10 would not come next time.

Ridiculous how long it takes to return a few boxes without a receipt, worth less than 5 bucks, while trying to buy larger ones. They are clearly new, clearly U-Haul.It is the sign of a poorly managed company when employees can't make simple decisions for small amounts of money.Colossal waste of his time and mine.Here again ( foolishly). People waiting in line while a cashier drops coins into her till. I suggest that management actually read the reviews here and think about how to improve customer service.

Very unorganized storefront. From renting a van to returning, nothing was obvious as to where I should go or who I should speak to, to start and end the process.

Had UBoxes stored there. When I went to return the containers, they were about to charge me $1000 for something wrong on their part. When they finally dealt with the issue after I had told them there should be no charges on my account, the employee didn’t clarify or apologize for the confusion. Uhaul might have cheaper options but the service is always terrible including their computer system information. They always want to falsely charge you without even validating. Definitely will avoid uhaul at all costs.
