Service is almost seamless, especially if you make a reservation beforehand.

whatever you do, do not come to this location. I reserved my truck for 6:30am and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was told I'm to early and the "computer no work". terrible experience. no one speak English either. I have a video but it won't allow me to post it. Whatever you do, do not reserve a truck at this location. horrible.

Made a rental for a uhaul Van 2 days in advance and upon arrival at the location at 8 AM on mvong day the location was closed. After making a few phone calls and finally getting through to someone we were told the guy working was not coming in today and we had to go somewhere else. No prior phone call or email. Huge inconvenience and we had to scramble to get another rental as it was our moving day.
