Laundry Mart is the new owner now. They get three stars for being available 24hrs a day. However, the ladies that work there stay with an attitude. They hate to help or for you to ask questions. The price range for the machines are kind of pricey. I honestly feel the machine do not wash the clothes that good. The machine fill up quickly with so much water that you have to add a lot of soap. Th driers work fine. Overall, it's convenient if you live near by. They also need to dust of that ATM machine and clean the tables.

After being a regular customer, I had a disappointing experience when I realized that 7/8 of my clothes were missing after using their service. When I brought this to the attention of the staff and politely asked to speak with the manager, they showed no care. Due to their poor service, I have stopped doing business with them, and I would advise others to be wary of missing clothes when using their service. If The owner dont give attention to customer satisfaction, they will lose business.

They raised their prices and all their machines are broken. One washing machine was stuck on 7 minutes for 45 minutes (!!!) and the worker refused to do anything about it

If there is a negative zero, this laundry dropped off service would get. This Mexican girl works there looks like she doesn’t like to work. I told her I will never come back and she responded with “Thank you for not coming back here again” your Laundromat will closed down soon if you keep your ungrateful service like that.

I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that transpired during my recent visit to your laundry facility, which has left me with a negative impression of the service provided. As a long-standing customer, having frequented your establishment for the past four years, I feel it is important to share my experience in the hopes of addressing the matter appropriately.Upon arriving at the facility, I proceeded to load my clothes into one of the available machines and promptly recharged my laundry card with the necessary funds. To my dismay, when I inserted the card into the machine, it not only deducted the appropriate amount from my balance but also displayed a continuous "loading" message, rendering the machine non-functional.Seeking assistance, I approached the laundry manager or supervisor on duty at the time. Upon explaining the situation, I was met with a dismissive response that caught me off guard. The manager remarked, "Oh, that's very weird. Our machines here do not steal money." I attempted to further elucidate the circumstances, emphasizing that I had just added funds to the card moments ago. The manager requested a moment to investigate the matter, but throughout the process, she seemed preoccupied with her phone, engrossed in unrelated matters.After an extended waiting period of approximately 20 minutes, I approached the manager once more, politely requesting her assistance. Unfortunately, she responded with an unwarranted display of rudeness, stating, "YOU HAVE TO WAIT." Eventually, she begrudgingly approached the machine and stated that, as a one-time exception, she would reload the machine since such incidents were purportedly uncommon.I'm seriously disappointed with how everything went down. I've been a loyal customer for so long, trusting you guys with my laundry, but this whole thing has just left me feeling down. Unfortunately, I've made up my mind—I won't be coming to your place anymore.I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise in any business, and I believe in offering constructive feedback to help improve customer experiences. Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could review the incident and take appropriate measures to ensure that other customers do not endure similar inconveniences or disrespectful treatment.

My advice is to never let them pick up your clothes without a receipt. They will lose/steal your clothes and deny they ever did! MAKE SURE TO GET A RECEIPT!!!

The washer machine are not working some of them you need to pay cash but u get a card to only use it for three washer marching and dryer they need to fix this.... This company that supposedly took over sucks

Give my clothes to be cleaned they send it away it came back dirty charged me twice to have it clean and still no improvement sent it to a real cleaners in the neighborhood came out white and clean I will avoid this new owner

This place is good but I only say that due to it being the only local laundromat in my area but as far as that goes ,there night team are a bunch of children whom do not do there job ,an to be honest there staff are pretty lazy when it comes to the cleaning of the machines ,constant left over dry soap from previous customers ,half the machines don't work or are being used by staff an Noone picks up the phone when needed aside from the manager ,I've bin in the store while calling the store only to see the phone being ignored ,not to mention they close an hour early from there original closing time which is 9 p.m but try calling the store around 8 pm an there closed ,I've had several items of mine left over night due to me thinking I had an hour to spare to pick up my clothing ,now I take full responsibility for not coming earlier ,but non the less ,a business is a business

Place has been taken over by a new owner. Raised the prices and now half of the machines are broken. I only go because it's the most local to me....... But I might switch soon

In the beginning of the services, they were good. But at one point, they charge me 17 pounds more - I measured the weight before pick up and it was about 25 pound but I was charged 42 pounds. I called and they said that they will give me the credit but never did. The last laundry order that I placed with them, my clothes were burned very badly. Not very professional service. I will recommend to stay away from this laundry.

They used to be really good, but recently I scheduled a delivery and they never came. When I called back after my time frame was up, I was told the delivery guy had left for the day and they'd come tomorrow. I called back the next day after it again wasn't delivered and they said they'd called me, but did so at 10am when my delivery time was from 3-6. They promised me the boss would come the next day to pick them up and again never came. Continued this run around for a week before I finally found a different service (hamper buddies if anyone is looking). Won't be using them again if I can help it.
