A disaster.
Music all night (every night).

The lobby, hallway and room smelled like a mixture of marijuana and cigarettes. You get a remote for the TV when you check in. They have rates for different time periods. 3-hr / short-term / etc. The room had stains all over the carpet, toilet was broke and missing the lid. It barely flushed. The sheets were actually cleaned and the bed was made. Bad decision.

The place is unpleasant, and the staff leaves a lot to talk about... we asked for a room for three adults and when we arrived they gave us a room with a double bed... they forced us to pay extra to give us a room with two beds ...they treated us terribly. It also said it included breakfast and there was nothing there.
The area is very dangerous, at night we had to take Uber because there were many homeless people and it was very dark.
The room was quite precarious, in the hallways there was a lot of smell of cigarettes, you could hear people having sex all day, it looked more like a motel than a hotel.... Unpleasant experience!

Don't go!!! It's a motel, they rent it by the hour. You hear loud music in the rooms, the smell of marijuana and the sounds of people having sex. We arrived in the morning and they did not want to receive our luggage. We asked for a room for 3 and they gave us one for two so we had to pay more to be able to access a triple room. The neighborhood is scary and we had to Uber back every night. It is not well located
The staff a disaster
It really leaves a lot to be desired and it's not that cheap for what it offers.

This is a scam, the photos on the website are completely different from the rooms, it says free cancellation, when it is a lie, they charge you instantly and do not give you the opportunity to cancel, the rooms are in terrible condition, the shower is broken, no toilet paper, they will never have parking, only the The hotel has 3 parking spaces and you need to pay $20 fee for the parking, the area is dirty, the hotel is terrible from the receptionist to an older person who is at the reception outside, I don't know if he works at the hotel, the noises in The hallways won't let you sleep. It's horrible. I didn't waste their money. I paid $500 dollars for the reservation for two nights. I only stayed one night and I couldn't stand it. I lost them because I left before the indicated day. As they say, cheap is expensive and not so cheap. It is sold very nice online but it is tremendous crap.

I stayed here due to a mix up at another local hotel which was at a five star level. This hotel serves people wishing for hourly stays and is not managed well for professional or tourist stays. They have different rate structures for by the hour for day, night …
The room was bear bones, phone did not work and had to use my cell phone to call the office to get the WiFi code- which shut off around 9pm. The bathroom shower is not intuitive- supposedly there is a small screw on the base of the tub nozzle to turn to operate the shower- none of this was communicated.
The room itself was very worn and sheets were clean but with stains.
At night one of the guests got locked out of the room and angrily banged on his door yelling to his friend to open up- not making for a safe setting to leave the room once in until morning.
Do not stay here if you have a choice.
Walkability: The area is not safe to walk through.

There this hotel is poorly located and is very dirty instead of a hotel it looks like a motel pay for one night and I do not recommend it dirty the room smelled of alcohol cigarettes I arrived tired from the trip and sleeping like a bad smell is very ugly, dirty, at night the area is dangerous, many homeless
Rooms: It smelled like cigarettes and alcohol, an intense smell.
Safety: It is dangerous to walk at night for many homeless
Food and drinks: There was no water in the machine only coffee and sweet juices.

Rooms: All the rooms come with smart tv’s. There’s smoking and non smoking rooms. Decent bathrooms. Shower gets hot so that’s a plus. And I believe most of not all rooms come with a mini fridge.
Walkability: Easy to walk to and not far from the bus or train station.
Food and drinks: Tons of places to eat nearby

Before booking I made sure there was parking. Upon arrival parking was “full” and had to park on the street. My vehicle was hit. In front of the hotel. Cameras “didn’t get it”. Floors were sticky. Part of the flooring was soaked dude to the mini fridge being unplugged. Walls falling apart. Stained/dirty sheets. Worn and ripped furniture. If I paid $50 a night it would have been to much let alone $200+. Absolute garbage property.

I was skeptical because of the reviews but I must say the room was clean nice and relaxing. The only complaint was the t.v but it worked itself out. I most definitely be back. Don't kn why the reviews are so poor.

I see the other reviews and my experience is never like that? honestly if you mind your business and have an objective to accomplish you should be fine. Wanting to be a local tourist at night in the south boogie down ( every store on the ave is closed btw after a certain time ) & you have a more than decent room to stay in and plenty hours in the day to go out and about is ignorant. This isn’t Times Square people ? ?a very lovely Spanish lady at front desk during the day. The skinny front desk dude cool but the other one has a negative zest to him
Rooms: The rooms itself is a 8/10
Food and drinks: Vending machines are stock quite often

I understand the whole you get what you pay for. If that's the case, most people shouldn't be in business. Stayed here for 3 days, but only because the location was familiar. However, the service is a whole other issue. They suck! No other words to describe. Service sucks. The rooms suck! The electric light boxes....Sucks!! The AC leaked and caused the entire rug to have water underneath. Started to smell the day we left. No toilet paper, TV barely worked, no English speaking people. The maintenance guy was the only decent one along with housekeeping. You got Africans staring at you from across the street. Just a big HOT MESS!!!!

I rented for 2 nights, left for work came in the evening to find all things are gone. Hotel is filthy staffs are rude except the Hispanic lady. Don’t stay here.
