Only thing is when you call UPS, the reps cannot speak USA English. They have no idea of location! In a word, they are HORRIBLE! Spent 1 hour on the phone with the red who repeated the same thing over 13 times, even though I tried to explain the same thing 20 times. In frustration, I couldn't take it! UPS really stinks because UPS was the cause of the loss of my dog, as they left my gate open! UPS didn't offer to try to replace my dog. The head of UPS needs to be replaced! UPS needs a complete over-haul!

They should have warned that they would not work on Monday the 25th for the Christmas holiday.

They need to fire the rude guy in the front that doesn’t want to help anyone.

My husband and I have been waiting on a delivery for a month now. The first round of attempts we were left with the “sorry we missed you” tags - although two people were home the entire week. No doorbell was rang. Our package was then sent back to the sender, and after much hassle we got a second round of attempts.Today I came home at 4:00 PM and waited on my stairs for over an hour for our package. While trying to add another phone number to receive msg updates for this package, the tracking log said “failed attempt”.I. Was. Sitting. On. The. Stairs. NO ONE CAME.I called customer service (horrible system btw) and after many attempts, I was finally able to connect through to a manager. This was a 36 minute call, to now wait for a call back because he too couldn’t get ahold of anyone.Idk if the driver assigned to my route is lazy or just eager to get home but …seriously? 4 attempts and you decide to LIE about another failed attempt? My home is covered in cameras and today you can clearly see me sitting on the steps, but no UPS truck to be found. This is a joke at this point.Whitestone guy, I hope you have the day you deserve. And UPS, please do better.

This review is based my second time using this location for an Amazon drop-off. Item packed and needed a label to be printed by UPS with QR code. This is one of the most unconventional public shipping centers I've ever visited. It's like a room outside of a main UPS access point-- It's small inside, or cozy if you will. At first it was difficult to determine where the entrance was, but no doubt it was there! There is street parking, so I always found parking the two times I went, but I always visited on off-peak hours (during the weekday). Also, there was no more than one person in line. I could imagine a line coming out the door during the holiday season-- which I'm sure by then you'll be able to decipher where the entrance is!!! LolNevertheless, I was initially intimidated by staff as they all looked like bouncers.... (bouncers of what really?!?! The cake topper I was returning!?). Perhaps you gotta be all buff to sling heavy packages? Who knows. But they were all genuinely friendly and tried to make convo with patrons. They got the job done as quickly as possible to get things moving.10/10 recommended.

Truly customer focus. The gentleman that assisted was most knowledgeable and extremely professional. He took the time to explain every action that was being taken to ensure that proper record keeping was in place should future verification become necessary. I would recommend this location for all your UPS service needs.

I came in today 8/4 at around 1:45pm to pick up a package. My building has a general mail area with 24/7 security. Never had an issue for 5 years. Unfortunately they didn’t have my apartment number. and for some reason even though they had no access to my apartment as there is a general mail area, they couldn’t deliver. I called and was told in 1hour my package would be at this center. An hour later I called back and they “verified” it was there. I took an Uber and went to the location.I spoke to an older gentleman and his first response was “that’s an 1-800 number from overseas” then proceeded to say “you don’t see no vans out here”While I fully do not blame the employees there for my package not being there, you cannot blame or assume that I the customer understands the inner workings of your job. I called the number given to me. I confirmed my item was available for pick up and I paid to come pick it up. His response and demeanor was very dismissive. However, he did then say he will call the driver. As I am on the phone explaining the situation, He then cuts into my conversation and becomes abrasive because he overheard I didn’t agree with his approach. “It’s not my fault it’s not here” “what you want me to do about your package not being here” I explained I was on the phone and I wasn’t speaking to him, he continued with the back and forth.Never at any point did I blame him or anyone I was expressing on the phone that as the customer I cannot be expected to know that if I call and a representative over the phone says my package is available, that means it’s an 2-800 number with false information and I’m supposed to check the yard to see if there’s trucks. I didn’t apply to work here. Then a woman came out I explained the situation, she went to the back, came back after a few minutes and as I was explaining the situation said “is it my turn to speak” I never raised my voice and was just explaining my experience so that response was off putting but in the end she did give me the information I needed. As I was exiting I thanked her and reiterated that I don’t blame them for anything but I do feel like what was said to me initially and how it was said was very unprofessional wCreated a very unpleasant experience as if I was being judged for calling and trying to verify my package was there and paying to come get it. This gentleman then exclaimed “I’m just tellingly you the truth. I was trying to help you” Being abrasive, unprofessional and dismissive isn’t helping. I explained to him that his approach was wrong and he continued this back and forth and I told him this conversation is over. The appropriate way to handle this situation was to one, empathize with the customer “I apologize you received misinformation and you came all the way here but unfortunately we do not have the package as the truck is still on the road” Two offer solutions, whatever they may be and three thank them for utilizing your services. This man was dismissive and abrasive as his coworker laughed and the young lady did end up helping me but with a slight attitude. PROFESSIONALISM. How you handle things and talk to people go a long way even in an area where you feel you can talk to people any kind of way. I never would blame them or be upset about something out of their control. I was upset because of how I was spoken to and the disrespect and disregard for me as a customer. They were so defensive and aggressive they immediately jumped on this “this ain’t my fault” defense when I never said it was. It was just very unprofessional to assume I know that your 1-800 number is overseas disconnected with your service when that is the number provided. It’s disrespectful to tell me to check the yard and it’s borderline harassment to cut into my conversation and become abrasive because I vocalized I don’t agree with how you’re handling this situation. Very childish, unprofessional and unsettling behavior at this location. Apart of me feels like they must deal with a lot to be so defensive but on the other hand that’s no excuse.
