A couple of months ago, I was going through an interview process with US Alliance and I was treated so disrespectfully that I had to rescind my interest with this credit union. If this is how they treat someone they’re trying to employ, I can only imagine how they treat their members.During my interview process, I had the misfortune of working with Christie from their Talent Acquisition team. Not only was Christie unprofessional when it came to her lack of communication with me, but she was incredibly rude when she finally did decide to respond back.Since the first interaction with US Alliance, I was upfront and honest about an injury I had just gone through, and was needing some accommodations at that time. I was told that they’d be more than willing to accommodate, however that was clearly a lie.When I received an email from Christie about scheduling an interview, I responded right away with my availability. I did not receive a single response for over a week before I sent a follow up email. That email was then ignored for another week until I was reached out to set up an in person interview with times that did not align with the schedule I had given them. I had also just gotten out of knee surgery so I was unable to bear any weight on my leg and asked if the interview could be held through Teams. Their response to that was to tell me that they had “other viable candidates” that they were pursuing and treated me as if I was burden.So not only are they unwilling to accommodate anybody with a disability, they were very unprofessional and rude with their response. Again, if this is how they treat someone they were trying to hire, how poorly are they treating their members then? I will never bring my business here and warn everybody I know of this place!

I inherited US Alliance through Marriott Credit Union Closing & I AM"VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED! THEREFORE I DROPPED US ALLIANCE & EMPTY ALL MY ACCOUNTS! GOOD RENTENCE! NO?MORE U.S.ALLIANCE ?FOR ME!!! ?

App and website have been redesigned to make payments from external accounts very difficult and very invasive. They have been able to accept payments from me just fine for years, but now they expect me to enter my social security number to use an external account without logging in. If I login, I now have to re-register my checking account that I've been paying with for years. Part of this registration is waiting 3 more business days to confirm deposits. I guess I'm going to wait for the auto-draft...that will come from the same account I've been using for years. I called about this last month, and was informed I have to be patient with the new system as they work the bugs out. I wholly disagree with that. They should have worked out the bugs before they rolled it out, and here I am a month later still having difficulty trying to make a payment I've been making to them for close to 3 years. Absolute garbage. If there are any hiccups with my autopayment, I will absolutely be contacting the Better Business Bureau.I've updated my review to increase it from 1 star to 3 stars as I was contacted by US Alliance after leaving this review. They were able to immediately add my original external account back in to pay from, so it works again like it used to. That said, this should have defaulted this way for all customers as I'm certain I'm not the only one having this issue. Nick Hennessey was incredibly helpful getting this resolved. He was even willing to call me from his personal cell phone as it was nearly impossible to understand him from the computer phone US Alliance has provided to him, so hopefully they'll get him a better one once they see this. He certainly shouldn't need to use his personal number to resolve issues, but I really appreciate that he was willing to.

Best loan application process I've ever experienced (auto loan). Feels like any time you go through this process it's always a headache but the people I worked with at USAlliance (specifically want to give a shoutout to Iveliz), were great. Super responsive and informative and walked you through the process.I also liked being able to communicate with the processor over email and call them directly over the phone if need be. I'd like to reiterate the responsive part cause that's typically the worst part of any loan process, but this was a delight.

I opened an account at the Bronx branch & the teller, Rosa Tua was very polite and helpful. She helped me every step of the way until I successfully opened an account with them! I felt comfortable and embraced here! Can’t wait to go back!
