They need an immediate supervisor or someone from higher corporate to straighten this place out, they do not take action, rather leave ppl standing in line for too long and they need to have their attitudes addressed. unprofessional atmosphere. Never can find packages.

Their lack of professionalism is unreal. This location has the rudest employees under one roof. Why do they talk to their customers like we are stupid and intruding in their space? If we have questions be courteous and answer them, do not respond to us like we supposed to already know your job in an unprofessional tone.
Higher more eager employees that aren’t just there for benefits.

The Worst package handling office, I rescheduled a delivery and this people did not attempted a 2nd time and posted my package to be pick up T the office when I work till 7pm and they close at 5pm how I may supposed to pick my package now???

Staff is not polite supervisor needs help urgently my mail doesn't get pick up from the outgoing mailbox in my building and this happening for about 8 months now. They don't even pick up phone calls I work crazy hours and don't have time to go in person for complaints that are not going to get resolved. I already stopped by and spoke to a supervisor (Chinese) mail got picked up right after that visit and never again. What's wrong with your staff😡

Workers don’t deliver packages. You guys don’t even leave the pink slip proving you were there. That is where you guys messed up! I will be conducting a investigation with the consumers authority. I am absolutely tired of not receiving my packages. You guys clearly don’t want a job.

Horrible management, you'll have a line with so many people only for one person to be working behind the desk. It can easily take an hour for you to finally be able to give the things you want to send, not sure why management can't make sure that they have at least two people working behind the glass. Maybe nobody wants to work here because the employees besides the Bengali gentleman are all rude.

Terrible experience at this post office. The workers were extremely rude and unhelpful. They act like you’re bothering them just by asking a simple question. No sense of customer service at all. I’ll avoid this location from now on.

This place has falling off the cliff...service sucks, the service time sucks....they lost so many good folks to be replaced by this crap....waiting an hour online is just ridiculous. Only having 1 opened window with these long lines is worse.

Let’s just say if your mail or package never gets delivered then they will loose it you pay for services and expect something to get there on time and it never does what is the purpose of paying for priority or express when it never gets there on time , the employees at this location are rude and incompetent with the exception of just a handful of them, if you don’t want to answer peoples questions why be there at all it’s quite ridiculous am sure if it was a post office in manhattan servies would be prompt and things would be done right. Something needs to change at this location seriously

This Post Office stinks. Was told they did not have my mail when I put a hold on the mail. After asking to speak with Supervisor and standing on line for 1hour they found my mail. Go figure.
