I had to get a new passport and I arrived late and unprepared. The employee at the passport window, Henry Sanchez, was polite, professional, and patient. I had a pleasant experience.

Waited an hour in line just for no one to answer my question or help me mail my package. And the entire staff had an attitude despite the people in line being patient and kind. Horrible experience.

The passport clerk on 4/17/2025 in the morning he was very slow l meant very slow. Each customer spent 30 to 40 minutes to process the passport application. Come on, the lady clerk the day before was very faster than him. What a shame 👎👎👎👎👎

Horrible. I was home yesterday waiting for a package to be delivered. It was a bathing suit that I need before tomorrow since I am going away. I check on the usps website and saw that it could not be delivered due to the fact of there was no secure location. The person who was “delivering” the packing didn’t come up stairs nor did they even ring the door bell. And they came around 8:43. I was home the entire time. So then I went to this location today and the lady told me that I won’t be cake to get it since it’s not ready. What do you mean it’s not ready. How is it not ready when it was out for delivery yesterday. So that means it was never out for delivery and you guys played me. This site is horrible, it’s the worst when it comes down to getting your packages to you on time
