I have a PO Box at this location, and was expecting a package. However, the tracking info was giving me a different PO location.
I went to the window and had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Javier Velazquez. Mr. Velazquez listened and explain to me in detail the process, why I was receiving a different PO location. He checked my info and retrieved my package. I left the PO with my package (I thought it lost).
Mr. Velazquez wasn't nasty and didn't have an attitude. He was very helpful and informative.
Thank you for good customer service Mr. Javier Velazquez.

The people who work at this post office are so nice..I started going there last month to get money orders and I had always just went to the check cashing place because I had a bad experience or several at the post office on 8th Ave and 34th st in Manhattan.. But this post office was so helpful and just very very nice.. I'll be going there for all my needs that they can help me with for now on...

The mail is not being delivered daily. I don’t know if they are forgetting to give people routes. Or if they think someone wouldn’t notice but days at a time the mailmen don’t show at all.Update : Mail was delivered super late today. I stand corrected

I wanted to send a parcel to France today at this post office, and one of the postal agents told me that it's impossible to send parcels to France! This is incredible for the first post office in the United States. On the company's website, it says that this is possible. But apparently, the agents at this post office have their own rules, which go beyond the established ones. The agent was unpleasant and dismissed me, so I felt offended.

8:30 a.m on a Saturday post office not open. A postal worker standing outside waiting had the most attitude, when asked when are they open. Her response to that question was when someone gets here?. Thank you usps.Worst post office in the bronx.

One star ONLY BECAUSE I can't give less than that.Not even one single pen available IN A POST OFFICE!Super dismissive lady working on the counter.No manners, whatsoever.She can hate her life/job all she wants but that's none of my concerns, and I do not have to take that, from her in particular, or anyone else whoever they might be behind the counter.Will avoid at all cost in the future.
