I saw the way they act , jesus god joseph, in the name of god i cleanse this place from all evil spirits and the devil himself , lord please save them people in that post office , that post office is the place where the devil is gonna come out , help us god seal that place in the name of Jesus, pa pa pe pipnjkkkl n grrghhfdxghjijj oohhj i feel it , i feel it getting cleanse , thank you lord , thank you.

It's smells like a neglected retirement home in here. It's so slow here. Even with 3 people on line waiting to get packages. Omg youre waiting 30 plus minutes. Employees all lazy here.

The young guy at the counter solved the problem as quickly as possible, which they didn’t even want to contact in another office, although it was within their competence

I requested a REDELIVER for a mail. May godbless HAMEA she was so helpful,polite,caring and very professional she made sure to call me and give me all the information I needed. We need more people like HAMEA in this world?? HAMEA should be recognized for her AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! ?

Not even 1 star. 0 star. The worst post office EVER. 1 employee to mail, and 1 employee in the pick up area. ONE? Are you serious. 1.5 hour picking up a package???????? THATS ABUSE TO THE EMPLOYEE AS WELL. Does she get a break???

With the amount of people I've helped here, I should be receiving a check from the post office! Not acceptable that in this predominantly Hispanic neighborhood, none of the workers speak Spanish!
The state of this post office is deplorable, really needs some maintenance and cleaning up.
Wouldn't hurt to have more people assisting with how long the lines get. Not a one star because the front desk employees are kind and do their best.

They have poor customer service, and the some of the workers are lazy and don't want to deliver packages. I've gone to that post office at least 3 times to pick up my packages because they are too lazy to walk up the stairs to my door

Okay giving 3 stars because the desk folks have been nice the few times I’ve been in since moving here. BUT what’s the point of having your electronic signature enrolled a week ahead of time & working from home so that I never miss packages yet still getting a pink slip in the mail stating they need a signature & that no one was home even though they never rang the bell?
