Another day another experience with the post office. I wish someone at the post office can explain how this happened. According to this my package was delivered to my mailbox yet somehow its being returned through the post office and the reason is because it was never claimed. Right. 👎🏾 I get headaches from just knowing that the post office has possession of my things. This package never showed up In my mailbox and thank goodness I got a refund. Post office workers please do better supporting the people who depend on this service or let someone else do it.

They need more clerks at the windows to move the customer's line.... 20-25 minutes standing on line is way too long....

I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Diaz for her outstanding service at the post office. She is always professional, friendly, and very helpful. Every time I come in, she greets customers with a warm smile and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns.
Ms. Diaz is incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, making the mailing process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that she cares about the people she serves, and that makes a huge difference.
Thank you, Ms. Diaz, for your hard work and dedication. The post office is a better place because of you!

Worst post office ever ! They don’t even deserve 1 star! The manager/supervisors are the worst! I think their names are Sultana and Islam.They treat their workers horribly. Over work them and pressure them to finish working before 6pm because they want to go home early ! It’s crazy sad. They should be investigated! Or fired! Worst people and worst post office!!!!!!

The worst, now their hand writing political statements on my mail. These people should be fired. The delivery driver is beyond lazy, never goes to the door, and never leaves a notice, saying attempted delivery.

Had to put 1 star to be able to write a review otherwise it would be ZERO stars! This location always has the longest lines and only 2 workers behind the glass. No matter how many complaints have been made there's never any improvement. HIRE MORE WORKERS or Close the place down!!!

Do they every deliver a package!? I made this first review 7 years ago and they still dont deliver packages. I wish businesses would stop using them as a service.

This is the second time in a months time for me to receive a package and it’s says that the customer which is me requested an other delivery options. I NEVER spoke to anyone and I have a camera at my door and no one from usps had even been to my apartment to deliver or attempt to deliver.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this USPS location. I witnessed a staff member with short red hair argue with an elderly Black security guard in a completely unprofessional manner. Instead of defusing the situation, she escalated it, even when her supervisors got involved. Her behavior was disrespectful and completely out of line.
The rest of the staff has always been kind and informative, but this one person stands out as a major issue. It’s clear that her attitude is a detriment to the overall atmosphere of this location. I truly believe she’s the reason this post office struggles to thrive. She shouldn’t be in a customer-facing role, and I strongly believe she needs to be let go. It’s a shame because everyone else does a great job.

Super slow service, they don’t care how many people are waiting on line. 2 people were working and 15 people waiting in line. One hour wait time. Why??????

Understaffed, extremely long lines, dirty floors and is inadequate regarding the stocking of supplies, etc. HOWEVER, the staff is very, very courteous when they are at the window.
