Stopped by earlier in the week to send out some items I had to return. I showed up with no box and completely unprepared. The worker there was beyond kind, patient and helpful. She did not rush me, helped me find a box that would fit my items and helped me get it sealed up. First ever positive experience at a USPS location.

They need to work on their customer service some of the window tellers have an attitude 😒 🙄 if you hate your job don't come to work you should be professional about position or just plain courteous.......

Taslima was very rude and racist claiming I didn’t speak Spanish… not only did she not help me but the original person who had help before taking break and to stop and control the situation and take care of me. On top of that Taslima Sultana scream and complained talking about while other customers were there, she only stopped after customers told her that’s not right and shouldn’t be talking to anyone like that.

Literally a whole hour early before closing time and they were close (mlk day) horrible waste my money and time if your gonna close early put the actual closing time

The woman wearing the hijab on her head is flat out rude. This is the third time she inconveniences me then lies saying we didn’t want to pay extra when that was never the case. Countless times she’s made mistakes and has been openly rude. She also refuses to do her job if it’s ten minutes away from her lunch break and tells customers that. Apparently this is the face of USPS. I would give zero stars but gave one because it’s important people know who what to expect. USPS likes the way their employees accuse people and lie to their faces. This woman has been reported more than a dozen times and they still have done nothing about her. Unbelievable!!

The Muslim woman who works there is disgusting, she has a dirty and disgusting attitude with the customers.The rest of the staff is friendly and polite except the muslim one.She shouldn't work there so many jobless people looking, get her out of there.
