The woman wearing the hijab on her head is flat out rude. This is the third time she inconveniences me then lies saying we didn’t want to pay extra when that was never the case. Countless times she’s made mistakes and has been openly rude. She also refuses to do her job if it’s ten minutes away from her lunch break and tells customers that. Apparently this is the face of USPS. I would give zero stars but gave one because it’s important people know who what to expect. USPS likes the way their employees accuse people and lie to their faces. This woman has been reported more than a dozen times and they still have done nothing about her. Unbelievable!!

The Muslim woman who works there is disgusting, she has a dirty and disgusting attitude with the customers.The rest of the staff is friendly and polite except the muslim one.She shouldn't work there so many jobless people looking, get her out of there.

I would have rated this post office a zero but couldn't do that selection. I had an appointment for my 2 sons to get their passports done. We arrived on time. We were directed to the window were the assigned person was in charge of conducting these transactions. There was no one there. I inquired were the person was. I was informed the young lady was on lunch. This was confusing because we had a schedule timeframe. I inquired again if she was on lunch who else was in charge to conduct the transactions. I was informed no one else. At this point I was extremely agitated. I asked to speak to a manager. A personal comes back to the window and informs me that the young lady didn't go to lunch that she went home and no one else could assist. This is terrible service. Number 1 - I took off work to schedule this appointment. Number 2 - The manager never came out to talk to me to apologize. Number 3 - I was asked to give my number for someone to contact me to reschedule. ( no one ever called me back). Number 4 - The was no backup plan for someone else to take care of customers in a situation like this. Again terrible service So today 8/17 against my better judgement I go to post office because I made another appointment with my sons for their passports. I arrived and let them know I had an appointment. I was told that the young lady that handles the passports was scheduled off. How can this be happening again that she wasn't here ( if you read in my first post the young lady last time went home) I must be dreaming. So I demanded to speak to the manager. I believe her name was Mrs. Garcia. She apologize unfortunately her apologize didn't hold water. First how do you schedule the only person that handles the passport to be off. Secondly why didn't you contact everyone on the lust who was scheduled for passport appointments that this couldn't take place today. Her response was that she forgot to do it. Another example again of extremely poor customer service. Clearly this post office has any idea how to treat their customers and have no contingency plan and haven't learned from their mistakes

I went in there a little while ago to buy some stamps and was literally harassed by the lady at the counter about my body. She was trying so hard to be funny but it came off completely rude. I work out and take care of myself and let's just say that this lady does the exact opposite. She made a comment about how "I will probably look like her when I'm her age." Um no lady, I don't think so. My instinct told me just to stay quiet and walk out without incident. One of the weirdest interactions I have ever had with someone.

Not very friendly customer service the other day- just got here at 9:30 was still closed supposedly opens at 8 am ? not recommended

I love the staff like family and 5 stars aren't enough. I wish people would realize how difficult the year has been for the workers and appreciate their dedication to our community. From October through December they deal with an incredible number of packages. In January they are extremely busy shipping Holiday returns but... in 2020, the pandemic hit and online orders skyrocketed causing them to work at a holiday pace ALL YEAR LONG! Some patrons complain when they show up and the doors are closed but that's only when they are short staffed and the only workers use the time for the lunch break they are entitled to. There's always a sign letting you know what time the doors will open again. If you show up, share a smile and a word of encouragement. They're wonderful people with friendly personalities.
