I don't usually have to rely on USPS, but when I needed help to locate a lost package this branch was really helpful, and was able to mobilize the delivery person to look for the missing package and found it in a different building.
The 4 stars is because they did lost my package in the first place, the weekend working person that made the delivery placed it in the wrong building mailbox. Reading the other reviews, it seems that is a recurrent issue with the weekend delivery.

This post office SUCKS in every way possible. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
They have to be the worst in the Bronx. They don't answer phone and when you go in person they can't your mail package. They also say package delivered on a holiday when it was not delivered.

First and last time I will ever go to this location. The woman at the counter, black woman with a poorly done braided wig who refused to provide her name, was instantly confrontational. I have never had such a horrible experience at a USPS location as this location. She provided horrible customer service and was a miserable person to interact with.

Don’t know what everyone’s deal is. Came in and was treated professionally quickly and courteously. Seems most of the complaints are about them not taking walk-in passport appointments anymore. Complain to the U.S.P.S. to update their website rather than taking something out of their control out on them

Apparently they don't do walk in passport appointments anymore but every single website and even their automated phone system says they do. Came here and wasted my time. Organize your workplace USPS. Also, the woman working there was very rude and walked away when a crowd of walk ins started to form. If you don't like your job, go somewhere else instead of making every one else's lives harder.

You literally cannot get your passport processed without an appointment even though the office is empty. It's slow yet they are turning you back to make an appointment. What a disgrace nyc have become. The ease of access we once boasted is gone. They implemented these things during covid and left them in place even after. Npt Giving a damn about how it's affecting consumers. I can't wait to leave this state and it's newly founded incompetence

Almost everyone there is rude Only 1 person that is helpful but she's not there all the time because she's working in other Post Office.

if i could add zero stars, i would. had an appointment for 10 am to renew passports and the workers never called us in. we asked why and they said there was only one person and she was doing packages. the person at the front desk was rude and nasty. she kept making insults to us. at 11:45 they still never called us in. we just left because there was absolutely no point in waiting for people who obviously want no business with us. will never go again.

Worst postal service we ever had. Weekend mail carrier never puts the mail in the proper mailbox. I wouldn’t mind if it was just junk mail but even the important ones end up in the wrong box. Filed several complaints about it and no action was ever done. It’s either the post master is incompetent in their job or they just don’t care. You thought that filing a complaint will fix the situation. Giving 1 star to this office feels very generous. Since when did getting a job in USPS get so easy that you can just mess up continuously and you only get slapped in wrist?

Ms. Roz was an amazing Costomer service representative at the window for the passport… I had an amazing experience with her. She is presice and knows what she is doing. She gives clear instruction on what is needed and meets you half way as long as you have all your documentation correct and all the copies needed… applying for a passport is hard, however I am pleased to say she made my experience a lot more easier for me… thank you ms roz you rock… ? ⭐️????
