  They refused to deliver package 📦 then they lie about it and say they attempted to deliver in several occasions then they said you can pick it up and when you arrive to pick up they make you wait an hour just to tell you that there is no staff and that there is no way to pick up neither... ain't that something? This people are the real Godfather they own the spot 💯 kudos 👏 💐 to them

  Supervisor “Manning” has been by far the rudest clerk I’ve come across, unprofessional, aggressive and poor customer service. The behavior was just disgusting. To be treating that way as a customer was very disappointing.

  ZERO STARS! Been having an issue with one letter carrier since April! Made several complaints and literally noting gets resolved because that place is run like a zoo. No leadership, lack of professionalism, snotty supervisors for no reason, rude letter carriers and it's only the women that have an attitude problem there. The men do not act like that there. I've had to escalate several issues all the way to the postal inspector. I advise you to all do the same to get decent customer service and report them every time they are unprofessional! These postal workers there are disgusting vile people and provide terrible postal service.

  I didn’t want to say anything because this happened last year, but the fact that this was happening to some people.
  A federal crime happened when someone actually opened my mother‘s mail that’s meant to be a money order and stole the money that was meant to be for Bill.
  
  We did everything we can; file the claim they told us to go to the police, we went to the police and they told us to go back to them (USPS) to file a claim. It became a struggle!
  
  So I’m furious about it! I’m still furious about it! Nothing was ever solved!

  The worst usps in the Bronx. Drivers never deliver packages so the facility is ALWAYS packed out of the door. Been like this for years.

  This review is to give 5 stars to the teller that took care of me on Window One today 8.25.2025. She was the only one working at the windows. I was number 12 on the line. I watched her moving and hustling to move the line along. Great worker. 👍

  Not properly staffed for this neighborhood. I've already been here for 45 minutes and they've only helped 3 people. This place also smells like a little box.

  In this day and age where online shopping is keeping the USPS in business, especially Amazon, they don't even make an effort to deliver your package the lazy post workers just hold your package for pickup without even close to your home. When you track your package it states ready for pickup OR Redelivery, but try looking for the Redelivery option. Then to top it off the 10453 post office closes at 5 the time most people are leaving or coming home from work. There are other post offices that have the courtesy of staying open until 6 or 7, the 10458 post office where I used to live before even opens on Sundays for Parcel pickup only. 10453 post office is the worst in the world.
  Before you go to pick up a package at this post office make sure you use the restroom take a folding chair, parking in the area is horrible, so either walk or have some sit in the car.

  This post office is the worse one i ever been to. The lines be long and there is no more than 2 windows open at a time. Sometimes only 1 window. I despise going there but this is my zip codes post office.
