My kitty wasn’t eating anything for days and Dr.Bunning basically saved her life and was able to give me medication to help her eating again at the most reasonable price ever. Super friendly staff! Trimmed her nails too even after the big fuss my kitty made, yet they still remained patient with her. Would definitely come here again :))!

I love this place. I’ve been coming here since my cat was six weeks old and they’ve always taken great care of him. The staff is loving and caring. I also appreciate that the doctors work with customers and will advise on what is absolutely necessary during the visit in order to assist with keeping the visit affordable. I moved to queens but I keep coming back here because I know my cat is in good hands. Thank you Value Vet Clinic!

My dog puked 15 times in one day and then didn’t eaten or drink for days. I was hesitant to take him to the vet because of cost. I gave in and took him after it was clear he wasn’t getting better. He was diagnosed with having swallowed something at the vet near me in Manhattan. They recommended rushing him to the hospital for surgery and estimated the cost to be around 10k. I am currently a student with no income and was so scared when I heard this price. Damon is only 2-3 years old and I was not ready to let him go. This was Sunday night. I made the choice to wait until Monday morning and call around to low cost vet options. I found Value Vet Clinic who was able to get me in same day for surgery! Dr Bunning was amazing, clearly telling us the price up front, giving us details about how the surgery went, giving us great aftercare, etc. Dr Bunning saved my Damon’s life! Damon is now eating again, happy, and back to his normal self. Thanks value vet clinic!

They are much cheaper than other vets and much better. Other vets charged me nearly 2,000 dollars on tests for my dog when she got sick and they never figured out what was wrong with her. When we took her to Value Vet Clinic they charged us 2,600 dollars for tests with a double mastectomy and spaying. They truly care for every animal and are so helpful and kind with the people who are there with their pets. Not only with emergencies, as they are very affordable for their annual visits, and attentive to the specific needs of pets and the families as a whole. The reviews that say they are unprofessional are most likely severely lacking in manners of their own, I've never experienced any unprofessionalism from them and I've been going to this vet for nearly 3 years.

This was my first time taking my pets to a veterinary clinic.It was referred from the ASPCA clinic where I live at and I am glad they provided me the information for this clinic. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. They truly care for the animals that are taken to be seen at their clinic. The services I needed for my pets were excellent and the wait time for the services I needed were not long which is great! I will continue to come here and make sure that all my pets are seen and receiving the care and treatments from this clinic so my pets can have a full quality, healthy and happy life! Thank you so much to the staff at the value veterinary clinic! I am truly grateful for everything you did for my furbabies! ?❤️

I went to another location where i was charged just for some un needed bloodwork and was absolutely heartbroken thinking i could not afford the emergency surgery that was needed for my lil best friend lulu. I found this clinic same day and begged dr.budding to help me she was kind enough to squeeze us in even after i told her i didnt have the funds all together and would have to borrow from friends and family and this doctor deff looked out for us we kept her and her staff working late till aft 8pm and she saved my lulu's life im ever so grateful for the kindness she and her staff showed us even after me bothering her and begging for help she is a genuine woman and i and my family send you and your staff many blessings. Please continue helping us that cannot afford expensive vet care we need more dr.budding's in the world.

This clinic is very friendly they treated my cat with patients and took the time out to explain to me the procedure he was having as well as they took their time to listen and help me explain my concerns on the matter.... I definitely recommend this pet clinic.

We are actually very sad and disappointed at how much Value Vet has changed over the course of this year. I loved Dr. B and all staff because I felt they truly cared for all the pets they see. I don't know what has changed, but their values have completely shifted, they are unwilling to work with customers, management only seems focused on making money. The pets we bring are our family, and I used to feel that they understood that and that's why I kept coming here. It's one thing to raise prices, I understand times are tough, but you aren't treating our animals or us to the same standards that you used to

I love Crystal. I love Dr. B..They are all amazing. They take good care of my dog Brooklyn when I take her. They are simply the BEST!
Update: 8/2024 - The prices have become OUTRAGEOUS!! I have been going here since they opened and they were still putting walls up/building. They were my animal family cause they help me with putting down 2 of pets cause of sickness/age. ??There prices have definitely gone up dramatically. I called today to walk in with my animal and I was told $150 plus whatever else you need. I couldn't believe when I started cause it was a third of that price??? I'm am disappointed.
