It appeared that if they weren’t making a sale then they had no interest in you as a customer. I was looking for help with a diagnostic on my problematic phone and I guess they couldn’t help me but instead of trying to assist me with the proper service information I was pretty much dismissed. I had to pointedly ask them where could/should I go. Yeah; not a good way to treat a customer

I never leave reviews but just had too today. All I had to do is return equipment that was replaced. The my open at 10am I was there at 10:15. Door was locked, I stood outside knocking on glass and door to see if anyone was there. More people started to come and wait. I went back to my car and called and the woman picks up, I ask are you there ? She says yes and finally comes to open door. I’m already annoyed but whatever all I have to do is return a box, as I try to return the box the woman says she can not take it because it says active. Says for me to call customer service, my phone was in my car I asked her if she can call she said no. I go to my car call customer service and they see the box inactive and asked me to go back in the store with them on the phone. When I go back the woman locked the door and put a hand written sign “be back in 15 minutes” I am a operations manager and this woman who told me she was the supervisor was so unprofessional! I would love to look at the analytics, I know this location must be loosing money with this woman working there. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and this is the first time I have had to go thru this! I made a complaint to cooperate and decided to also make this review to warn other customers …,oh and by the way I returned my equipment to a ups location and had no problems because it was inactive

As an existing customer, I contacted Verizon Fios customer service about adding internet service at my new place while still keeping my existing service easy, right? No no no, they wanted me to jump through hooks, asking me to verify who I am. You would think as a customer that would be enough to add more service. They wanted me to unlock my credit report or send them my driver's license, after sending my license. I received a call informing me that was not enough. This is so stupid to an existing customer wanting more service. That I canceled the order. Why is Verizon making it difficult for customers?

The rep that helped me was knowledgeable, personable, professional and did a great job at assisting me with porting over my mom’s info and setting up her upgraded phone. I’m glad I can her first. It took a while but it was a great conversation while I waited.

Went to drop the equipment off and the girl said we are closed its 11 am, the sign says back in 15 minutes, but when i asked the employee she said we don’t know when we will be back. Rude behaviour 0 customer service
