This has been the worst experience ever they to get the loan they alternated my income, put in more than what I make a year they also put a trade-in which I never did and they never showed me the car I was axing to see the car and they always said the car is being inspected as being washed. I was there from 1 PM to 10 o’clock at night and still They did not show me the car. Was droving to my house and delivered at 12 midnight the next morning when I saw the car I was I was in shock because I didn’t expect what I saw the My son is a cosigner and doesn’t even fit in the SUV. I have gone twice to try to tell them explain to them my situation so they can fix the error that they have submitted beforeThey submitted the loan to the bank and they have not help me. I have sat down with one of the mangers but has not helped me, one of the managers just rudely screams at us telling us that the other dealership didn’t approve us and that he did that we should be grateful for that and that he got us in a SUV cost $30,000 I am paying 53,000 within the five years. I told them that I was going to call the bank because they committed fraud and I was going to call the Better business bureau and also get a lawyer when I told him that I wanted my annual amount adjusted and the trading to be taken off they told me that they don’t have that however, I have a copy were it states that I gave him a traded in and I have a copy where it states that my annual income was increased and that’s the copy that I side because they made me sign it and told me that they were going to change it but I never signed the fix copy when I told him that I needed a corrected copy they told me give me the copy that you have and I’ll give you the correct this is fraud. and he will be seeing me in court and the other part, is they make you do a review before you finish how your experience Was and of course you’re gonna say that you had a wonderful experience because you are not done yet, but now I fixed it and this is the truth

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I just visited Victory Mitsubishi and Pre-owned Super Center which is located on 4070 Boston Rd, Bronx, NY 10475, and it turned out to be a complete waste of my time. Before i get into it, i wanted to say the sales representative Mike was extremely nice and a total professional. Even though he was an awesome young man, he was very limited in being able to negotiate a fair deal on a vehicle i had an interest in. The vehicle of interest was a 2023 Mitsubishi Mirage with 607 miles vin# ML32AWHJ5PH001004 asking price was $13,995. Even though the carfax showed no reported accidents, the rear condition of the vehicle showed otherwise. Once i fully inspected the vehicle, i noticed signs of structural damage from what seemed to come from a rear-end collision. The bumper wasn't original but a replacement, and all interior rear panels were either cracked or torn out from its frame. As i continued looking over the vehicle, i also noticed both rear tire fender flares damaged and about to fall off. All that was discovered during my inspection was addressed to Mike. He was also present during this inspection. He too was surprised of its condition and told me maybe we could work something out, but he thinks the low price is do to all those issues. He then had me meet a sales manager and i told him that the vehicle of interest clearly was in an accident and if there was any other vehicle similar to the one i just inspected. He responded that maybe Mike can help me pick something out by checking their inventory via app or checking the other lots in the vicinity. We were unsuccessful but Mike insisted on having me speak to another manager who deals with finance and he stated that the online price wasn't including the $2500 down payment nor the $1500 processing fee which covered reconditioning, dmv fees etc. I was completely taken back by that and stated none of those fees he mentioned was on his website nor was it posted on their Facebook market post and offer up ad. The only fee i read was from their official site but that's if you're financing through them and i wasn't because it was a full cash purchase. Even though all the fees he mentioned wasn't on the site i know there are fees to be paid once an agreement is made but i was not paying top dollars for a vehicle that was clearly in an accident. I was extremely disappointed. This is clearly a case of false advertising, and their ads are written in a way to purposely mislead you. Even after reading this if you still want to give them your business make sure to not rely solely on the carfax because the vehicle could have been in an accident that wasn't reported just like the one i inspected. I have videos and pictures upon request. Happy shopping, elsewhere.

They are scan artists- stay away! Had us wait for over 1 hour in their run down facility (that should have been a warning sign) then showed us the car which was okay. When I asked for a cash price they indicated that the price would be more than what they advertised on their Car Guru because of fees and expenses. Long story short the 21 Dodge Charger shown at slightly below $19K was offered to us at $26K plus tax. What a joke and waste of time.We picked a car at a very professional a d friendly Honda dealership in New Rochelle later that afternoon instead.

I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE AT THIS BUSINESSMy experience with Victory has been nothing but unsatisfactory. At the point of purchase they upsell you everything from coverage to extended warranty that are actually not excepted at the car makes dealership service departments although they say that when they are offering the product. That is just at the point of sale. As for the servicing department. They for 1 are terrible at communicating the status of the vehicle in repair, and 2 they then want to charge you for something the car was not taking in for and that is with out making you aware of the repair they went ahead and did. I have taken my vehicle in 3 times to repair a transmission issue and each time I have been charge a 500+ deductible with the issue not having been resolved. These place of business is DISHONEST, HAS NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND ARE CROOKS.

So the CASH price was $25,560. I said I had the full amount CASH to buy it, so why would I pay 3k in down payment? Does that makes sense? Plus, the guy added $2,000 in fees and $2k extra on something like “conditioning” fees. The total price came up to $33k without taxes, registration, or other DMV fees, dealers fees for paperwork. Total cost? Almost 40k !!!They really push you to apply for credit. We all know dealers get a percent of the interest rate.Don’t go there ! Scams, scamsThis is my Feedback!

Stay far away. Here's a quick summary for you: Bait & Switch.I called multiple times to confirm the availability of a 2019 Q8. I was told it was available every time. I even made an appointment with a women named "Ericka Santaella" and was there within 2 hours for said appointment. On my way, I called to confirm AGAIN if the car was there, "yes, just give your phone number to the front desk they will help you".I get there and they assign me salesman "Anthony". He takes me to a table and starts asking me my budget and "what it would take to make a deal?" I was like, "can I see the car first?" "We don't really do test drives unless we are making a deal". I told them well I'd like to see the car to see if I even like it, and if I do I'll buy it. He tells me hold on and then comes back and says follow me. We go outside and start walking across the street. "Hey we have to walk to my other lot, by the way that car you called about is on a test drive and will be sold shortly". I was like, "so you were taking me to see another car?! Not the one I came to see?" "He's like I'm in sales bro I'm doing my job". I said I drove over an hour and took off from work to see this car not another one. Is it the same price. "I don't know I don't do the pricing". "So you were going to show me a car you don't know the pricing of". "He said sorry the receptionist don't know what cars are here, they are available and set appointments. Like what?!I ask for the manager. Same thing from him. "We are hugh volume, someone could have bought the car before you. Just take a look at this other one and we can work out a deal". Dude that's not the one I came for, how much is is? "I don't know let's see if you like it first".Needless to say I declined and wasted a day.Avoid these crooks like the plague. Lastly, if something looks too good to be true, it usually is.

found a car at their new location 95 Auto at 4077 Boston Road, literally across the street from Victory Mitsubishi.Came down to making an offer, sales person was great and I was excited to give her my business, but was told we needed to go to the finance center at Victory Mitsubishi.Off we went. Price of the used vehicle was $19,738. That was the listed price on the 95 Auto website and the price listed on CarGurus that lead me to that car dealership.Sat down with the finance manager and was told I can't sell you that car for that price. "First we need to add $2500 for a used car fee, then $1895 for a used car refurbishment fee, and then finally $1500 for a relocation fee. So now the starting selling price of this used car is $25,323, $5,585 over listed price. While I immediately rejected even consideration of those fees to be legal, the finance manager assured me that it is in the fine print of CarGurus' website. While I have now reported this instance to the NY DMV oversight, CarGurus car listing platform 7 On Your Side Action Committee, I can only hope that people read the Yelp reviews before buying a car there. If you read the reviews listed on Yelp for this dealership, there are many reporting the same fake pricing issues. I can only say I'm thankful that I knew enough to run from this place before losing my money!!

Sales consultant Christhian T. was very helpful today, I was assisted from the minute I walked into the dealership until I left, he helped with making my car buying experience very smooth and he was very knowledgeable, all of my questions were answered, I would recommend Christhian to anyone who is thinking about getting a car from Victory Mitsubishi.

BEWARE!!!! Editing my review for Victory Mitsubishi which has very questionable practices which I will be taking up with the BBB. My sales person Mathew was very nice and helped with the purchasing process. I was shocked when I went to sign papers for the car, they changed the price from $33,995 to $39,995, adding what they called a $6,000 dealer fee! They also added in additional "protections" which I'm sure they are making money off off. I was asked by Mathew to post a review before I left which is the reason for the original review. After a few days I'm not disappointed with the vehicle I purchased, but I did want to give a warning to anyone looking to purchase a car at Victory Mitsubishi.Solid experience at Victory Mitsubishi. Mathew helped with a smooth process and the team worked to get the deal done.

BEWARE, PRICE ADVERTISE ONLINE IS NO WERE CLOSE TO FINAL SALE. My boyfriend and I went to purchase a car advertised online at 17k and up PAYING 28k. After spending 11hrs in the dealership waiting for somebody to assist us we were told that 17k car will endup being 28k plus a %15 INTEREST RATE!!! Since my boyfriend’s credit was bad we agreed I will be the main one in loan and my boyfriend will be co-signer but once I got paperwork from loan lender I was the only one loan!!!! Now it’s impossible to reach them to rectify their mistake. Once you walk out THERE WILL BE NO WAY to get a hold of them. I leave more than countless messages in a course of 3 day but no one will call me back. I already have a car so I can’t pay both cars on my own and the car ENDUP BEING A SALVAGE VIHECLE and not even the car I we came in to purchase. They tired us out and made us wait til 11 pm (we cane in at 10am) so we didn’t see the condition the car they gave us was in. Surprise surprise on the morning when I saw it wasn’t the car I wanted and the condition the car was in. Now I am stuck paying 5 TIMES MORE THAN THE SALVAGE CAR IS WORTH and dealer is nowhere to be found. I WAS SCAMMED AND SO WILL YOU. Do not let them!

The absolute worst. Trust that the dilapidated state of the facility reflects the poor service.I made an appointment to see a vehicle advertised on their website at $20395. I was asked a bunch of intrusive questions about my financing and monthly payment that are not at all required and are often a sign of a hard sell tactic.Within 5 minutes I saw two managers with no explanation. The second manager gave me a paper with an out the door price of $28k+. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told that I should have read the fine print and that the "website price was after a $2500 down payment." A $22k sticker still does not add up to a $28k out the door.I left and went around the corner to Bronx Kia (very professional and excellent service) and purchased a car. AVOID VICTORY MITSUBISH.
