Will take your money after inspecting income so as to get the most out of you per month, just please, inspect the vehicles' sturdiness. He will charge for emmissions even if its faulty and falling off. When test driving any vehicle from this bussiness run it hard and drive it rough. This business will mask damage that could be fatal to you. Please, check for water damage ( under the trim and floor especially)., rust, and loose or missing screws inside and outside of vehicle. This place is great!!!! The workers are nice and professional. John was helpful and will work with you. We refer 2 other people to purchase cars from them and we have no complaints with the cars or with the service.

Whoever is texting my phone and calling me Peggy STOP! I will charge you with harassment and telephone misuse! I have all the different numbers and all the text messages that you sent to me and all the times I have told you to stop bothering me. I won't tell you again. I will be at the courthouse Monday morning because I just ask you to stop and with a different number you text me again. I don't give you any stars if anything I would be taking them away from you.

Purchased a vehicle from John and I was very pleased with the purchase price compared to the same type vehicle and mileage/condition compared to other dealerships. The car needed front tires and brakes- John took care of the repairs within 1 day and I have had no issues since. I highly recommend this dealership if your in the market for a decent car for a decent price.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM! THEY WILL SELL YOU A VEHICLE THAT WILL GET YOU AS FAR AS YOUR HOUSE BEFORE BREAKING DOWN AND IF YOU ASK FOR ANOTHER CAR TO REPLACE THE GARAGE YOU BROUGHT FROM THEM YOU HAVE TO DO IT AS A TRADE IN AND YES EXPECT TO PAY OUT MORE MONEY!!! IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH ON A VEHICLE THEN STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! $2267 DOWN THE DRAIN. PLEASE GO TO A REPUTABLE BUSINESS!!! LEAVING CONNECTICUT TO COME HERE WAS THE WORST MISTAKE! When I went to the dealership, John the salesman told me every car on the lot has a minor issue, but the issue gets fixed before the car leaves the lot. I purchased a car and supposedly the only thing wrong was the power steering hose needed to be replaced. Picked up the car the next day and the horn didn't even work, car needed a new rack and pinion, struts, engine mounts, multiple check engine lights popped up within the first week of purchasing the car. The rear tire blew 2 days after purchasing the car amd the power steering hose needed to be replaced after 2 weeks. When I informed John about these issues he told me the car was fine when it left the lot and I could sue him if I want. Extremely unprofessional. I don't even know how a car can pass inspection if the horn does t even work. 3 weeks after purchasing the 06 Chevy impala, the undercarriage of the car came out from under the car while I was the on the highway, and the steering column came loose, I ended up in a ditch and Geico determined it was a total loss. I could've been KILLED all because JOHN wanted to make a quick buck. I'm not pursuing any legal action against VIP auto match because I was already reimbursed through Geico and I know karma will catch up to them, but do NOT go to VIP auto match unless you want to buy a lemon or a deathtrap.

Shady, dishonest and very unprofessional. Passes inspection on cars that should not be on the road just to make a quick buck. BUYER BEWARE!!! stay away from this place at all costs.
