Very bad customer service, very clean and comfortable rooms, a lot of noise from other customers. When you enter the hotel it seems that you are in a very bad neighborhood. There’s a strong smell of cigarette and weed!!.

Service was horrible desk personnel try to scam for more money when I had a booking online and I'm not talking about a security deposit most places you go ask for that. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE.

The room is small but clean. The customer service was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation between 8 and 9 pm..I was told at 830 pm that the room would be ready. An hour later, not only was the room not ready, but the gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. The customer service was VERY disappointing..Based on the service I will not be returning.

Affordable and convenient. Not the fanciest hotel but definitely a great place to stay if you’re in and out, and just need somewhere to rest and shower.

Ohhh, traveling a lot but never seen that bad attitude in whole my life!! Girl who work at front desk doesn't give me single one answer on question....totally helpless. Even if she say something, she say on that way that you can't hear her. I'm surprised with how much bad energy that young girl can be!! She don't even look at your direction when you talk to her!!! Avoid this place if you have any other choice!

Not worth the price, it’s noisy, it’s like a nightclub, loud talking and loud music. Plus loud train.. bed sheets had stains and room had a foul smell.. you’re told manager isn’t available but he’s right there in the room behind the desk person, he’s no help!! Very

Worst experience.. I would do zero if I could.. It may look nice but don’t let pictures fool you, so I decided to give it a try but I regret it a lot. Right in front of this hotel there’s a bar and there’s a lot going on all night long.. ppl coming in and out.. ppl screaming loud or playing music loud inside their rooms, I could not rest at all, but the worst of the worst this morning at 1:30am a woman was screaming and yelling so loud And I woke up terrified something bad was going on, went back to try sleep. 20 min later someone knocked my door AND ACTUALLY OPENED my door just because I locked the door with the little iron piece on the top of the door He could not step into my room and It Was the man of the front desk… WTH is wrong with this guys.. 30 min later I called a lyft and Left that place immediately.. Nothing but screaming noisy ppl and unacceptable behavior from front desk guy.. I don’t recommend this place.

It was an Absolute nightmare "OMG" i have never in my entire life been in a such a dirty nasty hotel that allows its guests to play super loud music in there rooms 24/7 geust were constantly slamming thier room doors as they run in & out of there rooms all day,loud verbal arguements in the hallway.so I got "NO"sleep Never ever again what a waste of my hard earned money

Hotel room was dirty very loud .Hotel employee didn't really care and rude.I check in went to room and had a huge cigarette hole in blanket and they said they would bring new one up never happened I do not recommend this Hotel at all they allow loud music and running in Hotel room all night long.
